Still Cleaning up their mistakes 3 years later. Income taxes filed to wrong municipalities, incorrect dates. Had to refile several items, fight with collectors, and pay penalties/interest. Would have been easier to do the taxes myself.

This has to be one of my worst experiences dealing with a Tax pro , being late while not having a professional attitude towards customers is something beyond unacceptable. She made the experience very hard and because of it my taxes were not done properly and even after the matter no effort to even fix the mistake or make it right. Overall i wouldn’t recommend it to anybody.
Terri is a legend and she was very helpful in the downtown area, i really did appreciate her time and efforts however the location in Lawrenceville needs to be avoided at all cost.

Never again!!
This H&R block office in Lawrenceville made the process of filing taxes very difficult and tedious. It cost me several hours of my personal time and effort to check their work, research tax codes and fix their mistakes (I caught two costly mistakes that would have increased my taxes). Associate was getting very agitated and rude after I pointed out the mistakes and asked for them to be corrected. Eventually, the associate told me point blank that: “it’s ok to make mistakes on the forms and pay more taxes because the government will catch those mistakes and send you back a refund”. One of the forms that they generated was completely wrong that I ended up redoing it myself with my own handwriting; H&R block associate checked it and told me that I should discard the form that they filled and use the form that I filled myself instead (they still charged me for filling this form btw).
I paid H&R block a few hundred dollars to file taxes this year and I would have returned to them in the future if I was pleased with their work, but this unfortunately is not the case. It was a stressful and tiresome experience that I simply can not recommend to anybody else. I understand that the U.S. tax code can be ridiculously complicated, and I don’t expect the H&R block associate to know everything about it. But it’s simply unacceptable for the customer (me) to have to research the tax code and find what amounts to put into which lines/boxes; this is H&R block’s job not mine.
I would encourage you to either file your own taxes or go to an actual certified public accountant that you can trust to take care of it for you.

I do not think my Tax Pro accurately prepared my taxes, and I was unable to view my tax return before completing the payment.
