One of your unnamed female elderly employees (short dark hair) decided to stop my child in the middle of the parking lot & barade her for giving a donation to the gentleman that plays the lovely music with his violin. Told her flat out that "he just needs to not be lazy & get a job" I don't know who you are lady, but you're lucky my child doesn't have my mouth. I hope you rot for your absolute racism & blatant disgust for human decency.

I walked in trying to get some help and clarification and these people provided zero assistance even though supposedly their specialty is tax reparation. They didn’t even act like they wanted to do their jobs. So I went to a different location (560 Clairton Blvd) and got immediate help and clarity on the same question.

They are a joke I initially called one of the 2 that are open the lady told me she was in Brentwood shopping center I went there they was closed so I called once I got back home she said they are in Uniontown all of a sudden

As a 1st. time Client, I was Impressed with Tax Professional, Laura Snyder as being VERY Easy & Friendly to work with. Her Professional Knowledge & Expertice showed as she proceeded to fill out my taxes. Explaining each step as She moved forward. If possible, HER assistance in future filings would be Appreciated. She seemed to give off an Aurora of Trust, Helpfulness, and a True Concern for the Client. She is a True Asset for H&R Block.
