I walked in trying to get some help and clarification and these people provided zero assistance even though supposedly their specialty is tax reparation. They didn’t even act like they wanted to do their jobs. So I went to a different location (560 Clairton Blvd) and got immediate help and clarity on the same question.

They are a joke I initially called one of the 2 that are open the lady told me she was in Brentwood shopping center I went there they was closed so I called once I got back home she said they are in Uniontown all of a sudden

Her Professional Knowledge & Expertice showed as she proceeded to fill out my taxes. Explaining each step as She moved forward. If possible, HER assistance in future filings would be Appreciated. She seemed to give off an Aurora of Trust, Helpfulness, and a True Concern for the Client. She is a True Asset for H&R Block.
