Tried to get my taxes done today and was pretty much told by the front desk lady that they didn’t want me as a customer. All I wanted to do was drop off my w2’s and forms so that they could file my taxes on their time. I even brought it to her attention that it didn’t feel like she wanted me to go through them, and she responded “ok. Have a nice day!” in the most condescending voice possible. I ended up driving to the McKnight Rd office instead. Was a very strange experience overall because I was nothing but pleasant to her.

Unbelievably rude! The receptionist or who ever she is at the front desk greeting customers had a horrid attitude toward us When I came in to get my father's taxes done.She rolled her eyes, huffed and puffed (sighed hard), and her tone of voice was unpleasant and unwelcoming. Her attitude was so bad that even my father who is blind took notice to it and stated infront of her he'd rather go to Jackson Hewitt.H&R Blocks renowned customer service is forever tarnished in my eyes.
