This is a nice location, but when your card expires, they'll lock you out of your account for a week or two while mailing the new one. It doesn't expire until the end of December, but I can't pay my bills because they soft-locked my account.

This is the worst bank in the world. I can never go to the ATM and withdraw money it's either broken or there's not enough money in the ATM itself

The staff at the Fox Chapel branch is friendly and accommodating. I've never had a long wait and the online banking is easy to use.

My mother in law is elderly and had issues resolving an error in her monthly ACH at the local level. So we called the toll-free customer service number and after being transferred three times and listening to the hold music for an hour, I finally decided to call one of the branches directly. Carl couldn’t have been more professional and pleasant!!! After only a few minutes on the phone we had all of the info we needed to resolve the error. Thanks so much Carl for your help, you are an asset to the company!!! ☺️

High fees, bad service, limited hours. Wasted my whole lunch break trying to close an account while most of the people in the branch did nothing. The only positive was the nice teller who gave me a free coffee.

Depositing a refund check with Huntington is like them trying to solve a conspiracy theory. Banks already have your money and they want to screw u out of more but they act like youre trying to scam THEM lol. Every bank visit with them has been a complete waste of time. These female bank tellers get paid to sit behind a desk and not do their jobs lol. Hats off America!

Was being charging $5/month for who knows how long. Was never informed about the fees prior to opening the account. Barely even use my checking account there. It is not fair or even morally right to steal money from customers!!

I've been recently making account deposits for work at this bank. This branch location is just past the Waterworks shopping area on Freeport Rd. Before you get here off the Highland Park Bridge you will pass plenty of banks including 1st National, Citizens, PNC, Dollar, S&T, Wesbanco, 1st National and then Huntington Bank is the last one on the right. Bank tellers are always friendly and welcoming! They often serve soft chocolate chip cookies for customers. I usually pass on the cookies and go straight for the Dum-Dums suckers lol! There are 7 branches in the greater Pittsburgh area. They are open until 6p on Fridays. There are three bank tellers in their lobby and two drive-thru lanes outside. If I didn't already do my personal banking elsewhere, I'd gladly open an account here.

I went to Huntington for the $100 promotion they were having. I traveled in rush hour traffic to go to the bank in Carrick, just to get told to leave. I was the first customer in there, with no one else waiting to be helped. The lady told me to sit at her office and she would be with me in a moment to open up my new account. She also said I would have no problem receiving the promotion and did not tell me anything else about it. As soon as I sat down about 10 people came into the bank around 5:30p. The bank closed at 6p. I waited 20 minutes before the lady came over to me and told me "As you can see, it's going to be a while, so you should probably leave." Umm okay? She told me I could go to the Huntington by century three mall because they were open until 2pm on Saturday. So I ventured to that Huntington, only to wait 20-30 minutes, and be told that I cannot receive the $100 promotion if someone else in my household already has it. That doesn't make sense if we do not have the same bank account or share income. I went to PNC. They have to be the nicest people I've ever met and the best bank I have ever been to. It is not worth it to deal with Huntington to get $100 when I can make more than that in one day. GO TO PNC!!!!!

I had to make the unfortunate venture out to a physical branch in order to get my check card successfully activated, and the most conveniently located one was here, a 40-45 minute trip for me without my own car. I arrived here on a saturday, 13 minutes before their 1PM closing time. The teller greeted me (as I was the only one there in a spankin' clean bank) while I proceeded to spill out my banking woes. she couldn't exactly understand why there was an issue with my card activation (i had tried to do it over the phone but ended up with customer service telling me that i needed to get my address verified). turned out that the physical branch can't do it either; they had to call huntington's hub in ohio. and the specific department they were trying to reach turned out to be closed on saturday. long story short, i told the tellers that i didn't want to make another trip to the bank another day because it takes so much time out of my day. not only did they take my information, they assured me that they would take care of it by the following monday, and also gave me a 10 dollars amex traveler's cheque for my troubles. my total time spent waiting for them to come to this conclusion was 25 minutes, and although they couldn't resolve anything at the time, i'm glad that they were concerned with my logistical issues. and indeed, they called me on monday and said everything was taken care of, that my card was activated. I haven't had the chance to try it yet, but I'm giving them 4 stars for their excellent service at the branch.
