Has a bus stop with sidewalk around the outside perimeter of the property. But there are no curb cuts to get off sidewalk! Meaning I couldn't even go to your bank via sidewalk!

This is an awesome bank. The team is always very helpful and accommodating to me and my family. Kayla, who is a rockstar to work with, even played music for my daughter as we conducted business. Great experience from the moment we walked in, to the moment we left.

Had one problem in six years and they force close my account. They didn’t even try to work with me. I do not recommend using this bank because they have no loyalty to you. They don’t care what you have going on, or bills you need to pay. I had to go to the bank to withdraw all my money. The account wasn’t even empty. When they forced it closed. So if loyalty and respect mean anything to you. You will not get that with this bank

This is my experience with the #1 Small Business Association (SBA) preferred lender. I spoke to the SBA previously about my experience, and they really didn’t seem to care much. I guess they really make a great pairing to each other.
Don’t waste your time, fuel, energy, efforts much less wasting anything related to Huntington Bank. My small business has lost out on at least 6 MONTHS of any revenue because of Huntington Bank! ‘THE’ HUNTINGTON BANK BOOSTS they are THE #1 SBA (small business assoc.) approved lender, that was the reason I applied. Due to the shear lack of communication constantly, while asking for A piece of paperwork, one document at a time over long months, repeating documents, etc… I lost my first General Contractor and Subs, in Feb 2024, Huntington Bank, the #1 SBA lender would not give me any timeframe about the closing for the loan. Then it took me 6 months to find another General Contractor, and the #1 SBA Preferred Lender Huntington Bank, still dragging their feet. Yesterday I decided to liquidate my 401K, and decline anything further with Huntington Bank, SBA loan.
Gotta say, without bothering with too many details: I have over 800 credit score, enough money in my 401k account to cover the loan, no delay with requested paperwork, etc it’s not worth reliving. The ONLY recommendation I will make about Huntington Bank, the #1 SBA Preferred lender, is go somewhere else!

Scheduled a 1:30pm appointment a week ago. Arrived there on time but being told they had other appointments the same time as me and did not have any available time for me that day. Staffs are friendly and easy to communicate but this unpleasant experience ruined my day. Do not know how can this happen honestly…
