I have been going to JAM Fitness Coaching for nearly 4 years and highly recommend their services.At JAM you have an evaluation to determine your fitness abilities, needs and wants, then a workout program is written for you.It makes a world of difference to have a fitness professional make a plan for you to follow and then helps you to do the exercises correctly. The workouts are changed and updated based onimprovements you make or other issues that may arise.The trainers here care about your health and make you feel comfortable and welcome in the gym.They are ready to help all ages and skill levels to reach their fitness goals.

I've been a member of JAM for five years, and I can't imagine going anywhere else to get fit and have fun doing it. It's the best part of my weekly routine! The trainers, Jon and Matt, take their time getting to know each client and gear our personal workouts toward our strengths, weaknesses, and limitations, giving us what's needed to succeed in our fitness journeys. These workouts are great for your body AND mental health.I've gotten so much stronger during my time at JAM, and can say that at age 63, I've never been in better shape. Having had rotator cuff surgery and several pulled muscles over the years, I've bounced back stronger due to the workouts and having Jon and Matt encourage proper form and weight limits.There is also a big variety of equipment available to make your workouts challenging and fun.Working out in a clean and welcoming environment is a priority, and JAM delivers. I'll stay here as long as Jon and Matt will have me and what my body allows.Join us! --- you'll be happy you did.

I've been a client at Jam fitness for 2 years now, and I can honestly say that Jon and Matt changed my life. I have hyper mobility and was suffering from poor circulation, joint and muscle pain, from my job as a hairstylist. Not only have I built up muscle tone to help support myself on the job, but they have taught me so much about the science of the mind and body. Going to Jam and working with Jon and Matt, helped me create a routine of better eating, better sleep, that I stick to, and awareness to what my body is signaling me and what it needs. I recently moved further from Jam Fitness gym, but I am a lifer!! I can't say enough about what I've gained since starting training with Jon and Matt. Life changing and I love them for it. They are also such uplifting, good hearted, supportive guys, that have become my friends!! If you are thinking about starting training, just go and get an assessment. That's how I started, and I was unsure about what I was getting into, since I never did any kind of regular working out. One of the best decisions I've ever made!!

Gym and working out use to be a scary concept for me. But Matt and Jon have changed that. They motivate and also educate. They celebrate with you. And focus on all the non scale victories. I would definitely recommend this gym to any one!!

The guys of JAM have been excellent to work with. I am a highly reluctant gym goer; I do it because I have to, not because it's my favorite hobby. Their training and motivation keep me coming back without hating working out. Their knowledge extends beyond crafting workouts. They help you understand the impact of proper nutrition, mindset, and goal setting. The facility is well-kept and clean and the guys create a welcoming environment, without being intimidating. JAM Fitness will always have my full endorsement.

I couldn't be happier with my experiences at JAM. Both Jon and Matt are wonderful and I love the encouragement they give. It isn't a "no pain/no gain attitude" but rather a motivation that they believe that you have the power to gain what you seek from your workout, whether it be fitness, weight loss, strength, lifestyle changes or stress reduction. The best work out is one that you will do regularly and Jon and Matt make sure that happens by setting up personal workouts that give you what you need to succeed. And best of all, we have a pretty JAM good time doing it!

JAM is the perfect place to conquer your fitness goals. Not only does it provide you a clean and comfortable place to exercise but the trainers, Jon and Matt, help you to meet your goals and work to exceed your expectations. They take the time to get to know and understand your fitness goals. They teach you the importance of work life balance. I have gained not only strength but also knowledge of how to move my body properly in order to see the results I want. Jon and Matt are great trainers who create a positive and comfortable workout environment.

I cannot say enough great things about JAM Fitness! From the facility to the programing and the excellent coaches, it has become one of the best parts of my routine. Jon and Matt actually care about your health, goals and helping you to be your best. I learn something new at each session and have fun doing it! I still remember calling for information and to schedule a free assessment. I also remember, like it was yesterday, driving there for my appointment and thinking of a million reasons not to go. I was self-conscious, embarrassed, nervous, and anxious because 'this kind of gym' was for people that could lift weights and were fit. It was not for people like 'me'. I never lifted weights, I was not strong, I had knee/hip/ankle pain and was out of breath thinking about working out in this capacity.Fast forward nine months, I am not the same person I was that first day. I am stronger, have less to no knee/hip/ankle pain, and look forward to my workouts both at the gym and at home. I have never been this active, and I look forward to getting stronger and stronger every day.Here is what I love about JAM (no special order) and why I would recommend it to you:(1) The trainers (Matt, Jon, Yvonne) are knowledgeable about everything from fitness training to nutrition. They truly care about YOU.(2) It does not matter your body type, strength, or goals. The trainers assess what YOU need, what works for YOU and apply it.(3) What worked yesterday may not work today and the trainers understand that. They adjust the workout to fit what YOUR body needs.(4) They truly listen and coach you which is different than telling you what to do. They explain/demonstrate the technique, how it affects your muscles and body, and observe you to readjust the workout if needed.(5) No two workout days are ever the same.(6) The gym is clean and spacious.(7) JAM believes in YOU even when you struggle to believe in yourself.Don't let the emotions or thoughts get in the way like I almost did. Take that first step into JAM and see for yourself that you belong and that they are there to welcome and guide you! I highly recommend this gym and am a huge supporter of the team.

By far the best gym I've ever been to. Like many others I originally came here to lose weight because nothing else I tried was working. After working with Jon, Matt, and Yvonne I not only lost weight but I learned so much about nutrition, how to properly exercise, AND how to feel confident and comfortable in my own body. The trainers here truly care about their clients and we are all one big family. I am now the healthiest, strongest, and most confident version of myself. If you are looking for a place that will make you feel comfortable in and out of the gym, and that will give you more knowledge about yourself and your health than when you started then I highly recommend JAM. :)

I came to Jam with a goal to get stronger after going through back surgery and being unable to work out at the gym without consistently reinjuring myself. Jon targeted exercises that were easy on my back and slowly but surely I became stronger and learned what I can and cannot do. I have an arsenal of exercises now just for my body! Jon is knowledgeable and pushes just enough, without being bossy. I am grateful that I found this little gym in the South Hills. If your working towards a goal, no matter how small, they can help you get there.
