“I had such a great experience at this title and tag location! I needed to transfer an out-of-state car title, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I called ahead of time and spoke with a very helpful lady by the name of Beth who walked me through exactly what documents I would need to bring (she even told me to reach back out if I had any other questions) despite not knowing if I would end up being a customer.
When my husband and I arrived, both Beth and the other associate greeted us warmly. I really appreciated that they acknowledged everyone who walked through the door. All of the comments and reviews about them being nice are true. These are really one of a kind people.
The transfer itself was quick and stress-free. I want to stress that I drove over 40+ minutes to this company, passing many other title/tag companies (including one 5 mins away from my house), but I knew I wanted to utilize this company after my initial phone call…and I’m glad to say, it was absolutely worth it! From my very first phone call, I could tell they knew what they were doing, that the job would get done **right**, and that they genuinely cared about being kind and helpful.
Added bonus - there’s even a car wash company attached to this location if you want to get your car washed after you finish your transaction with Tags & Title Transfer Company.
