People have to stay alert. People are not receiving their tax refunds instead are getting told their checks have been cashed for some reason or are given another excuse. This should not be happening specially since their are families in need.

The IRS is boiling my blood. They are out to steal from people. There needs to be someone on the phone NOT a automated machine! I have called 115 times and counting and not have yet been able to get to someone!

I need contact with an actual person because, as per usual, the thing that needs a respond IS NOT on the automated system, and has NO OPTION for alternate questions.

If I could give zero stars, I would. After trying three different numbers, all of which go to the same recorded message, I finally thought I was about to speak to a person, and the recording said they were too busy, and I should call back tomorrow. Really? Wouldn't need to speak to a person, except the letter they sent makes absolutely no sense, and before I reply I need to know what they're trying to say in the letter. HORRIBLE!

I have called the number to make an appointment to see where did my refund went to and went through all the unnecessary formalities only to be hung up on. Most rude experience thus far.

Never anyone to talk to; only; just an automated phone message. The real phone numbers to talk with a person must be unlisted. Government at its finest this is not.

What's the sense in trying to contact the IRS in any form when you never get an answer or response. I have been trying to get tgrubto them for two weeks...this time...and still can't...and you can't go to the bldg either
