Horrible company. I’ve had the intoxalock for close to a month and it has killed my battery daily. An associate “scheduled” a maintenance appointment when my shop wasn’t even open. They keep bouncing around answers but I’m still paying for it.

Don’t use them if you don’t use the service and need a refund they’ll won’t give you a refund and keep forwarding you to another associate that will say they can’t assist you.
