A couple of weeks ago I saw these Boxers for $29.50, which I already this is ridiculous for a pair of boxers. Yesterday, the shop is offering 40% OFF and the same boxers are now $39.50! They just used a sharpie to (try) to delete the $29.50 and place a new sticker (not even on top). $39.50 for a pair of boxers that were already expensive at $29.50 and deceiving the customers. WOW! Good job! Not going back there.

Would not recommend. Staff was rude and not helpful. I was leery about stopping here based on all of the other poor reviews. 2nd time shopping here and both times employees generally ignored myself and other customers. Acted annoyed before closing and never offered any assistance.

This J.Crew Factory store is in the Block Northway, and it sells women’s, men’s, girls’, and boys’ clothing and accessories. The prices are low to moderate, and the quality of merchandise is slightly lower than J.Crew’s quality. During my visits to this store, the employees usually do not greet me, but they do promptly and correctly ring up my purchases.

I came in to shop on NYE and at 3:25 pm the man working the floor “greeted” me by saying they close in 4. I said “you close in 4 mins” and he said yes. I looked at the door on my way out and it said the store closed at 4 pm. So I came back in and said “the door says you close at 4pm today?” He said “yes, it’s almost 4”. I walked out even though I had 35 mins! to shop. I then saw the man lock one of the doors at 3:35 pm. The Nordstrom rack next door greeted me by saying “welcome in!” Vast contrast.

VERY VERY RUDE STAFF!!!I got here at 4:54 pm on Sunday and the staff locked the door already! A very rude staff named Gile told me that “Our clock says five o’clock and we are closed”. I said “my phone shows there are still 5 mins left and I’ll be real quick”. She was like “I don’t care. Our clock says 5 and we are closed”. Can’t believe that!I said “I’ll write a review right now” and asked for her name and she said “I’m not gonna tell you that!” So I had to ask someone else at front desk who also told me that they are closed. Other customers stayed inside until til 5:10 pm.Apparently their clock is the only clock that is accurate in the ENTIRE world, even if the clock on my phone is automatically synced to the standard time with the rest of the smart phones. I’ve never seen someone working in clothing stores so rude! Either she is a crazy racist (because I’m not White) or she is just rude to everyone. She should be seriously warned or fired!!! Ruined my holiday mood!

Be careful with the plate glass around the entrance. It has nothing on it to indicate it’s glass and the entrance is deceptively clean. I just ran into it and split my lip.

I went out shopping for myself for the first time today after having my second child. I had my 6 week old with me and was excited to find some new outfits. There were many cute options and I’m back to my size, pre-pregnancy. When I asked a sales associate if there were any petite options in a pair of pants, she gave me a glare and said “hunny, do you really think you need a petite size?” I proceeded to explain that I like the petite option in pants because of the length (I am short). She continued to convince me that I wouldn’t need that size because that isn’t what she wears and we looked to be about the same height, but she looked at my midsection during our entire interaction. Needless to say I walked out of the store leaving behind a few outfits that I intended to buy. It’s so simple to be kind. Unfortunately I wasn’t treated that way today.

I love this store, although I detest the mall area it is in, due to the difficult traffic patterning. The parking is always good though, and the prices are well worth it!

I have been going regularly to this J. Crew Factory due to their convenient location and amazing sales. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the location is clean with nice changing rooms. The return policy is great!
