Great store! Sales associates could be more knowledgeable about products and pricing. Not just this store but most of the training appears to be around trying to get you to sign up for a store credit card or trying to get personal info. The store isn’t easily shop able, stuff is randomly placed. Luckily the woman I asked that didn’t know where the jeans I was looking for was did find someone that did find them. Store also was missing a lot of sizes. Great quality products, find what you like and shop online.

The store is one of the best with the best quality of clothing, but the service was completely the worst!! none of the workers acknowledged me when I was shopping. I asked for specific item & they said they were sold out of it & I ended up finding them hidden in a rack.. 15 mins later…. Most disrespectful I ever felt as a shopper. Horrible customer service.

Will never shop here again. Came in to browse and found an adorable sweater. As I was looking at it, a worker came up to me and informed me that I would need “at least a large” and that I probably wouldn’t be able to find something in my size. I am a size 2. Why are J.Crew employees fat phobic?? Absolutely unacceptable.

The sales lady was quite pushy and kept pushing past us to put things away. When I was looking at sale dresses she reached over me to get something for someone else- no excuse me- no sorry- no pardon me- I was choosing a dress for my niece who will now be getting something from a different store.

This place hates working class looking men. They will not assist or make eye contact with you. I stood at the register for 5mins and 3 employees saw me. I WILL NEVER GO HERE OR SHOP AGAIN.

12/31/2020: J.Crew is my favorite store at which to shop for clothes, and I nearly always shop on their website. Today, however, I decided to stop by in person to get out of the house during the pandemic. To my surprise, the store had a promotion of 30% off purchases. I found a hoodie that was in a lovely shade of green and was regularly priced at $80--a little expensive!--but with the promotion, the price was a more tolerable $56. Multiple cash registers were open. The cashier greeted me, made small talk, thanked me for my purchase, and wished me a Happy New Year. The largest department was for women's clothes, but the store also has sections for men's and children's clothes as well as some shoes and accessories. Social distancing and face masks were enforced. 1/4/2021: I visited this J.Crew again to return an item. The cashier said a friendly hello, and she processed my return in less than one minute--fast!

The selection is great, especially for the size of the store. The people were incredibly kind and helpful with questions. The product is very good quality and the price point is better than most of the stores in the mall.
