I had the most fantastic experience at J. Jill today! The women that helped me were the best! It's obvious that they love their jobs and have such excellent fashion expertise! I'm set for Fall and Winter with Go To mix and match outfits from the Everwear Collection. Thank you, Ladies! I won't shop anywhere else! All of you were wonderful! ❤️❤️❤️

Very disappointing. I paid cash, went to return some items and they did not have enough money in the register to give me my refund.
I was told I’d receive check within 7-10 business days.
It was 14 business days (total 20 days) and I had to call store to track it down. Manager (who was fine) informed me check wasn’t sent until 8 days after purchase.
I will find a different clothing store since Jjill clearly doesn’t value my business.

The representatives were eager to assist but kept trying to show me things I wasn't interested in, after telling them multiple times what I did want.Overall its a nice place to shop, clean n friendly.

TERRIBLE EMPLOYEES! i was simply in a rush, trying to buy clothes at the south hills village location. as soon as i entered the store, a VERY rude woman immediately came up to me and 2 other friends and said that people are not allowed to come in the store to “hide.” my friends and i were trying to shop in PEACE and we expecting good customer service to help us find what we need, but instead we were encountered by a rude woman with SUCH AN ATTITUDE (for no reason may i add). am i not allowed to enter a store and SHOP IN PEACE?! DO NOT support this location. the woman was around 40, and she had slightly orange hair tied up in a bun. she’s incredibly rude. needs fired immediately. she is representing this company TERRIBLY.

Cheap material on leggings. Sizing was so big! Why is this store advertised as a "premier" clothing store? The materials are thin and flimsy and cheap. I returned my purchase to a location different from where I purchased. The staff member was pleasant but she mentioned that I should return items to the store from where I bought the items. Why? I have never heard of any chain store not welcoming a return. I won't give j jill another chance. Cheap.

I love South Hills Village: I love this store. Staff is warm and friendly and bend over backwards to please the customer. They even suggest coordinates in different parts of the store and accessories. They know their stock. They often compliment me on my selections. They don't pressure the customers. What can I say? They're just perfect! As soon as you walk into the store, you feel welcomed.

J jill has great clothing and this store has the most helpful, friendly staff. I love shopping in this store. The clothes are comfortable, stylish and well made. They always have great things on the clearance rack and sometimes the whole store goes 40% off.
