The J. JILL walnut Street store is on point. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and informative.The prices were good as well. I left as a very pleased customer.

Nicky was the best. She helped me find what I needed and even placed an online order for me. She was extremely welcoming and attentive, without being pushy. I've been to many JJill stores and this was the best experience, thanks to Nicky.

I shopped in this store and, the same day, realized that I had lost my cell phone. No one at the store answers the phone; one simply hears a recorded message. I thing that this is terrible customer service.
