It's been a month since I've had issues with this place and now after a month I am still $650 in the hole that i paid in taxes because they made a mistake of $2,200 on my return I had to discover the mistake myself and they told me they would file a amended return for me but I have still not received a copy of that. So now I have to wait for the IRS and state to reimburse me. I wonder how many months that will take ????

Would have given no stars if I could i drop my taxes off one day went back the next told me there would be done still sat there for an hour printer doesn't work what the hell kind of shotty operation are they running there the guy that i had to deal with I could only understand every three words he spoke then they no problem taking my credit nfo then gave my bank info to someone over the phone seems very shady it appears there's no support from corporate offiice

I've had my taxes completed twice here and I've had a great experience each time. I used to use h&r block and it always felt like they were kind of snobby and better than me, this place I feel like they are regular people just like me and I felt comfortable. I was in and out in 1 hour and I'm very happy.
