I had a great experience with Ms.Georgette and Mr. Yari!!! Georgette very professional and knowledgeable in her field of work. Yari also very kind and helpful they are definitely who you want to go to get your taxes prepared!! I visit the Pennhills office it was a comfortable atmosphere and good vibes.

This is my second year returning to Jackson Hewitt in pennhills with the help of frank of course he’s very helpful and fast I couldn’t go anywhere else but back to him he’s funny and will definitely keep you entertained through out your preparation and he’s very knowledgeable I learn a few things each time I see him , thanks a lot for your help today frank !

Filed my taxes with them back in March. Haven't heard anything from the IRS or them. Spoke w/ customer service and they said to speak with the IRS. IRS said they don't see any taxes filed in 2020. Then they say an error was made. Tried speaking with a rep from this office since I filed my taxes here and was given no assistance other than to call the IRS back. 5 months later and still no resolution I keep getting told to call different departments and people who can't assist me in anyway. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND GO HERE..
