Being my first time in Pittsburgh, I was staying at the Omni hotel and it was conveniently near there, I walked there and the employee that was taking my order, was not necessarily rude but not "friendly" perhaps she was in a bad mood? I don't know. I got myself a bagel sandwich, it had tomatoes, bacon, and avocados, and I grabbed a bottled soda, the bagel wasn't too badly priced but soda? $2.99 for that?! Crazy. Unfortunately, I guess that store doesn't allow sit ins because of Covid which I understand. I sat nearby the park. The sandwich itself was pretty good actually, maybe a little sloppy? But it was good. For my first impressions here in Pittsburgh, I probably won't be returning here unfortunately. FROM MY EXPERIENCE; The employees weren't that friendly (not rude), soda was overly priced, and just wished I could just sit down there. I really wish I had a better experience there, I know this place can be really better!

I was excited to see that there was a Jamba juice that was close to my hotel while I was visiting Pittsburgh, but if there's one thing I've learned, because it is a franchised chain the quality varies tremendously. I've been to those that have been excellent and those that have been lacking. And this one I'm afraid to say is lacking. The young lady at the register with multiple piercings was absolutely no help. It was clear she did not want to be there and three of the things I tried to order she said they just did not have. How could you be out of things or wouldn't you want to give the customer a heads up first that they are out of those things? They did not have any of the bases available for the bowls and there were no suggestions made. The response I was given was they had the bases but they were frozen solid and there was nothing They could do about it. You're supposed to blend them! My job was on the floor, it was clear that they really just didn't want to make the bowl! No wonder this place has two stars! Now let's talk about the cafe. They are takeout only. Everything is closed. Still?? The place has trash on the floor, bugs near the trash, it's not a friendly atmosphere, and unfortunately this is just not one of the better Jamba juices. It's a shame. At one point this obviously regular friendly guy came in and ask the girl while she was making mine for you know, the one with the strawberry I always get. She rolled her eyes and responded that he needed to pay first. He laughed politely was like yes, I know, I'm just still deciding what I want. She could not be bothered to give an ounce of customer service. At this point I'd rather walk a mile to a good mom and pop smoothie place then go back there.

Food is great here, including the Jamba Juice unfortunately it is always very short staffed. We live in close proximity to this location and being avid fanatics of Jamba Juice we were so happy there is a close location to us. But this location lacks cleanliness and staff. Upon arriving, their is always trash on the floor, everything is sticky and trash is overflowing. Management really needs to get more help for their employees, since this location is very popular especially on the weekends. So expect to wait about 30 mins to order your food and get your food. When you get your food, the bagels are very good and their Jamba Juice is always delicious, its just the initial wait and the cleanliness of the restaurant. In addition, staff is not very friendly.

I come to this location Often. When i come to grab one of their Açaí Bowls Fruit bowls. They're rarely available, if & when they are they're always missing bananas strawberries some type of ingredients from the bowl, this morning I came in and tried to order a bowl the guy said "We are not making those right now" I asked him "Why Not" he said "We dont have any fruit" my issue is why not put a sign up indicating that, that way the customer can keep it moving instead of waisting time come from a distance to order something that's continually unavailable. Its very frustrating to say the least. For future customers atleast leave a sign to indicate an item isn't available smh. I wish management would instruct employees to let customers know ahead of time what's available and what's not. Their losing business & valuable customers and also losing out on money. The bowls are $7.99

Rude workers. Closed two minutes before they were supposed to. Rushed us out. Workers did not want to be there. Angry demeanor.

i'm disappointed. I have an appointment somewhere and just wanted a simple bagel with cream cheese since a lot of other places are closed or sit down restaurants. The service is the worst I ever seen. two people working at 12:30 on a Saturday when this place closes at 2? two groups of people stood in line just to leave 10 mins later when the line didn't move. Was ignored at the register for a full 10 mins waiting for someone to take my order. I will now be late to my appointment, they are lucky i'm hungry or i would have left also. Staff is not wearing masks properly and whoever was making the food sneezed with his mask over just his mouth and did not aim away... Won't come here again if i visit Pittsburg in the future. All that waiting for a mediocre bagel and my friend got a peanut butter jelly since anything cooked would have taken forever and they just gave him the toasted bagel with pb and j in cups with no knife. officially never coming back here.

Incredibly slow service. Waiting more than 30 minutes for three bagels. You need to do better.

I suggest you do not waste your time or money here. Breakfast bagel sandwich might as well have been microwaved. Meats were not cooked, just warmed. Bagel not actually toasted, just warmed. Eggs are pre made egg patties... the sandwiches sound good but are in reality very unsatisfying. It was a sloppy, slippery sandwich too. Felt apart while trying to eat it. No eating in the building either so nothing quite like trying to eat it in the cold. Staff seems unhappy/tired/overworked. Need I say more? Try making a reservation at the WaffleINCaffienated place or Speckled Egg instead!

Don't even waste your time going in there. Extremely long wait times for food and staff who has no idea what is going on. Won't make smoothies because they are too busy for that. Just don't bother with this place.

I went to this location a couple weeks ago. It was my first time going to eat Brueggers bagels. I ordered a plain bagel sliced but not toasted (I wanted to eat that there) and a cinnamon bagel sliced but not toasted with strawberry cream cheese (I wanted to toast it at home). I worked at Panera and we always put cream cheese on the side (in a single-serve container) so I did not know to order it that way if I didn't want it on the bagel. Everything was to go which was also not mentioned to me. Wouldn't you think you would put cream cheese on the side if a bagel is to go? When I mentioned this to the staff, they gave me a snide comment that said that I needed to order it that way if that's how I wanted it. I should've just gotten a refund. I also took one bite of my plain bagel to make sure it was done correctly and was chastised because "everything was to go." There were no signs at the establishment indicating such. Had there been, I would not have ordered there. I will not be patronizing that location again.

Super fast and friendly service with solid bagels and coffee. Didn't order any juice or smoothies and it was not super busy, but steady stream of customers who seemed happy enough.

Walked in at 1:37 and tried ordering a smoothie. The lady RIGHT in front of me ordered one and they started making hers no problem, I was the next guest in line and when I order mine the lady rudely yelled "this is the last smoothie I'm making" (referring to the customer in front of me). So they told me they are not making mine. When I asked why, she said because they're understaffed (but you are okay accommodating the person who walked in right before me and there are 3 workers present). Clearly this was due to them wanting to leave early and not due to them being understaffed. I could understand if I came in 5 minutes before closing, but I came in over 20 minutes before 2 pm trying to order 2 smoothie. The horrible part is I come here often living close by AND we have gotten them to cater my work meetings downtown several times. And I guarantee we will NEVER be using them again. Sorry excuse for customer service I'm genuinely taken back at how blatantly disrespectful they are to their loyal customers.

The guy at front was rude - did not greet us or apologize for not having avocado in-stock (just said "no"). Bagels were dripping grease and turkey sandwich had one shrivel of lettuce. Would not recommend, go to other location or Einstein's.

Waited in line for 45 minutes and tried to order a smoothie and the girl at the counter told me if I wanted to order a smoothie I would have to wait for her to take everyone else's order behind me before she could get around to making my smoothie so it would be another 30-minutes. Did not make any sense why I could not order a smoothie at Jamba Juice until everyone behind me in line had ordered. Avoid this place at all cost.

I went this past weekend and was astounded at how bad the service was. The food was average, but the staff was incredibly rude. I couldn't believe the way they spoke to customers.
