I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube #416 on Baum Blvd. I headed there late on a Wednesday evening as, my car had suddenly began to smell like burning plastic when the heat was running. I was very concerned and headed straight there as soon as I was able to. With it being only about an hour until close I was worried I wouldn't be seen or met with positivity. However, the manager, Mike, welcomed me with a smile. He listened to me when I shared my concerns and let me know that I could count on him to get me back on the road! He walked me to the waiting room, and came back to show me the culprit which was severely low oil (I'm usually consistent with my oil changes but it got away from me this time). He and his teammates went through the service checklist and educated and showed me the reason for my issues such as a debris filled cabin filter. Camille, who was at the front desk, was so kind and friendly and helped me pass the time. Mike also provided some great discounts/promotions which made a huge difference in the overall cost. All of this to say, I was well taken care of and I will certainly be back. Thank you to the Jiffy Lube team that was working that night - Camille, Mike, and John - for getting me in and out quickly and with peace of mind and also for your kindness and exemplary customer service! It was truly appreciated on a day where that positivity and kindness was sorely needed and appreciated. Thank you! :)

I was met by the manager, who was dressed, reasonably, in view of the hard and dirty work that these folks do. He was very nice.

The service I received was great. Staff was very friendly and personable . The lady at the desk was awesome. I’m sorry that I don’t remember her name (I’m so bad with names) but was indeed super.

Just a fantastic neighborhood experience at this Jiffy Lube. Very professional, but super friendly. My car needed a filter that wasn’t in stock, and delivery was delayed, so one of the mechanics went and picked it up himself. Absolutely great service!

I found myself in a city 5 hours from home and the service Engineer light,, oil change required light, and 4wd would not engage all at once. I made my way to jiffy lube on Baum street in Pittsburgh and they performed an oil change, inflated my tires from 28 to 35, changed the spark plugs, flushed the radiator, and cleaned out a filthy catalytic converter. When I pulled out of there all the indicator lights were off and 4wd even engaged! I made it safely home and I can’t thank the very kind employees who work there enough!.I am so grateful they figured it all out and at a very reasonable rate. Thank you Thank you!!
