I’m happy with the service. I received a service without waiting. And a kind mechanic told me approximate estimated price before I decided. Further more, actually the price I paid was cheaper than the estimation. That made me happier. I felt that My car’s engine sound became quiet after the oil change. I believe their oil must be good one for my car. I am very satisfied. I will come again.

Excellent oil change experience. A younger dude walked up to my car and asked “what can I do for ya boss” - I immediately felt welcomed, but more importantly, comfortable.
Additionally, the service was quick, they did not try to upsell me anything, and I even saw the tech admiring my bumper stickers upon exiting my vehicle. I would recommend this Jiffy Lube location to anyone.

If you must get your oil changed here I would highly suggest you check your oil dipstick multiple times to ensure it’s filled correctly. Also even if you just get an oil change don’t be surprised if they take off your air intake box (even though you never asked) and lose a clip resulting in multiple check engine codes etc. if you call to tell them the issues started immediately after having your oil changed they will tell you tough luck. Would not recommend going here and if you have any issues get your car towed immediately to another mechanic do not drive on an engine with little to no oil.

Poor communication, inexperienced techs/managers, do not know what they are doing and lie about mistakes. You are at risk of vehicle damage if you use this service location. Asked for tire rotation on my front wheel drive 2023 vehicle. First manager said they only do, "front to back tire rotation". When I left the Banksville location after my tires were allegedly rotated the worn tires were still on the front end of my front wheel drive vehicle. The tires never moved from front to back. The manager offered a free tire rotation next visit. When I returned a different manager attempted to bull SHXT me and said that they looked at the service video and the tires were rotated. He continued to state that it was law that the less than safe tread on the front end was rotated which was a lie, the tires never moved from the front. The tread of the rear tires was better and again were not moved to the front as the manager claimed they were rotated. Consumers beware of these Yahoos'...
