Would be 5 stars…Everything was good and fast, except for the fact that they did not vacuum the interior of my car. I looked on the website before coming to see if vacuuming was part of an oil change service and it was listed. I also made sure the floors were clear before I got out of my car only to be disappointed upon returning to my car. Is this not something Jiffy Lube does anymore?

These guys are very professional. I had an unusual problem that involved a stripped oil filter housing. They brought me down under the bay to see the problem for myself and were extremely helpful in directing me how to properly address the issue. They couldn’t fix it as it was, but topped off my oil and fluids no charge until I could make it back and do it right. That says it all- they want to do things right and value the customer. I will be sticking with this crew. I seriously highly recommend them.

Ron is the best dang technician Jiffy Lube could have. He is personable, honest and fantastic at what he does. My our Lord bless and keep you Ron. I will see you next oil change or dash light 🚨 or anything else that goes array with my vehicle!

Excellent service. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The staff is very friendly and honest. I told them I was going on a trip and they looked over the car for me. They didn’t try to push unneeded services on me and I appreciated that. Pricing was reasonable.

I chose Jiffy Lube when they told me they could rotate my tires, but while there I was told their lift could not accommodate my Tacoma, I went next door to NTB and had my tires rotated

The Greentree Road station does an amazing job. Brandon, Ronald, Jesse and Sean were super efficient and helpful. They even took the time to fix a decorative plate on the front of my car that my son gave me. Brandon explained everything needed but never pressured me to do anything extra. I really appreciate his help and the help of his team!
