Our JoAnn is closing down. They advertised and sent our texts about their huge closing sale. Well, don't waste your time. They have a two yard minimum of everything. The sale price is like 20% off which is terrible. What is left is awful and you can definitely do better online with pricing at Amazon.

I just want to shoutout Melissa who works here! I called yesterday asking about a product which they didnt have on the shelves. She told me she would work nights to check in the shipment boxes to see if it was there. I asked her to call me if it was. This angel called me at 9:30pm letting me know they have the product in stock and she would put it on hold for me! JOANN, you have a GREAT worker with her!! Thank you so much Melissa!!

Awful customer service. Berated by Yvonne at the cash register. Apparently, asking her a question about coupons made her roll her eyes and berate me for not understanding the first time. Then she refused to start bagging my items until my transaction went thru completely. When I made Megan the manager aware of the nastiness, she stared at me with a deadpan face and said, “Ok.”

The visitto JOANN FABRIC AND CRAFTS was disappointing, to say the least, for the following reasons:
1) They did not have an item that was needed to fix the problem that I sought to remedy.
2) In addition, the lazy adolescent who was asked to help did only the minimum of providing assistance and then disappeared!!!!!!!
3)The Viking sewing machine representative did her best subsequently to assist me. This was one of 2 bright spots!!!!!!
4)The next bright spot was Melissa, another JOANN FABRIC associate at the cutting table who made several more effective attempts at assisting me. Still no success, however, an outstanding effort and a far more customer oriented service and experience due to her diligence and people skills. Although still unsuccessful in finding a product to remedy my dilemma, I was able to feel better about my visit.
I eventually purchased another item for another project but will NOT BE RECOMMENDING THIS LOCATION OF JOANN FABRIC TO ANYONE ELSE UNLESS THEY GO TO MELISSA. ???????

They did not have 2 of the 5 things i went in for. They no longer have enough fabric to be agood fabric store. They do not have enough craft stuff to be agood craft store

The store was clean and organized and the staff was very friendly and amicable. The shelves were fully stocked and organized, which is a rarity these days.
