This store is closing and is having a "sale". I put "sale" in quotes because everything is still stupidly expensive. With a vast majority of items only at 40% "sale" yet still costing over $20. For a store that's closing there is still LOADS of stuff that is overpriced junk.

Canceled my pickup orders despite the items being available and in stock. My money still hasn't been refunded and this occurred multiple weeks ago. Now, I’m afraid to buy from them and will shop elsewhere from here on out.

They shouldn’t even offer curbside pick up as they don’t have the staff for it. I’m talking waiting 30+ minutes for an order. It doesn’t matter if you go inside to get your order instead as you’ll still have to stand in line before you can get it, and most of the cashiers can hardly find the orders. They should think about closing with the lack of employees.

I placed an order online for artificial flowers for my bridesmaids bouquets. The products are in stock and I paid to pick them up. After an hour I received an email saying it was ready for pickup and then a second one saying half my ordered was “Cancelled”. I called them immediately to see what the issue is. The associate on the phone told me she took it upon herself to cancel half the order just because she “could not reach it, because it’s on the very top shelf in the back”. You’re telling me you can’t find someone who can? I already paid for the items and the products are in stock, but you seriously have the audacity to cancel my order?
This is ridiculous and I’ve never heard of a company doing this to someone! Hire employees who can actually do their job, this is awful customer service. Not shopping at this location again!

The gals in this JF are sweet as can be. Several older ladies working there too (good for them!) and I’ve enjoyed chatting to them in particular. One time one of them even walked all the way up to the register with me to make sure I got the sale price on an item I wanted. She didn’t have to do that but she wanted to make sure that it rang correctly. I thought that was really nice They are just peaches. ?

The young woman with long red hair curls needs an attitude check. I came to her asking to cut my fabric and said I am making bandanas for 4 large golden doodle sized dogs and I said, "I know that's not too helpful," and she responds, "Yea, not helpful at all." A customer service agent should respond something like, "That's okay, I'm sure we can figure something out." She cut my fabric after I suggested that I think 1.5 yards would be enough. I thanked her and said have a good day and no response back. What a weird miserable young lady.

Very clean & organized ! The fleece was arranged by color ! Employees were very friendly & helpful. Very large selection.
