John's performed body work on my 2008 Chrysler 300C rear fender wheel edges in Jan of 2022. The car looked great so off to Florida to get away from the snow and cold. While I was washing the car in Florida in April I noticed some paint bubbling at the repair site. Upon return I stopped in John's and he said he would fix the area again when a slot opened up in the shop. I stopped every month (last time was in December) and was told how busy they were, and they would call me. My car is now in another shop getting the area repaired again.

I have unusual classic cars, Citroens made in France. The only Citroen mechanic in this part of the world is in upstate NY, 40 miles from my home in Monroeville. . I blew a brake line on my 66 year old car. I replaced the line but was unable to bleed the air out of the lines. John told me it was probably the master cylinder. I got a master cylinder from Citroen parts specialist. John installed it, bled my brakes and I am a happy camper. Any work I can not do myself goes to John before I will tow it all the way to NY.

I work on 286 and hit a pot hole between daycare and my office - and something terrible happened under my car. I limped it to John's and asked if they might have some time for it today. I'm new to the area and hadn't heard anything about them - it was literally the closest place and I was late for a meeting and couldn't wait for a tow. They were so nice and said they would work it in. I left them with my info and walked to work. They called me less than 30 minutes later, let me know it was a really quick fix, and that it was ready. They had exceptional customer service, and it's clear they love cars of all kinds. They gave me the impression that they were not about bs at all, and I absolutely did not get that scummy upsell feeling that chain mechanics and dealerships leave you with. Would highly recommend! I'll be back for my state inspection!

John was quick to call me back and very honest with me about my car and what it needed. It wasn't worth putting the money in to it as it was an old piece of crud, but he could have lied and I probably would have paid. I'm a woman and this happens more often than not. He was honest and because of that, I will be bringing my new vehicle in to have it serviced at his shop.

Total j**** Called to inquire about a car he has out front for sale. Asked him what year it is and what model. His response, “there's a sign on the side of a windowâ€. No wonder it has been sitting there for months.
