Sam was super helpful and helped me pick out two pair of the most comfortable casual shoes I've ever owned. She was happy to help me try on anything I wanted. Never thought buying shoes could be such a fun experience.

Really really bad customer experience. They don’t care about customer at all. Worst J and M store in the region.

I will never purchase anything in this store again. My son and I went to the store yesterday so that he could try on a particular style boot to see what size fit him the best. These were going to be a gift so I just wanted him to try them on and then I would go back later or have my husband go back to the store to purchase. As my son was trying the boots on I walked up to the gentleman and started to explain that these were going to be a gift and we were here to check on sizes. He did not even acknowledge that I said anything to him and when we were finished, my son thanked him for his time and the man turned his back to us in disgust since we were not going to buy the boots. WOW is all I can say!! Do yourself a favor and buy your Johnston and Murphy shoes elsewhere!
