So I’m probably just old fashioned. I’m sure it’s just me. But my old fashioned values suggest that a clothing store should have a fitting room. I mean isn’t that the only reason we buy clothes in person? So we can try them on first? And okay you want to charge $120 per shirt. Fine. But in exchange you should probably provide a world class experience. I’m not a man of taste but to me trying on clothes in bathroom/supply closet/collapsed box storage area doesn’t scream “world class”. Also it pains me to by the one to tell you but your one fit fits all shirt (“perfect fit”, as you call it) is not perfect, nor does it fit all. Make a few upgrades and it could be a decent store but as-is, it’s just not it.

Nice place to buy shoes. Helpful salesman

Went here for the first time this weekend. Salesperson was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Perhaps that is the “exclusive” type of treatment this brand is going for but it was not the way to win my business. Plenty of other higher quality shoe and clothing stores that actually enjoy working with customers in the world. Do not waste your time and take your business elsewhere.

Had an aggressive salesman but I guess I hate the game not the player. Ended up with a good fit though.

The salesperson was really nice. Knowledgeable about the shoes and I purchased. Love my shoes.

Love that they have employees that have been working here as long as we've been shopping here. Says a lot about a company.

I liked the product before going into this store, and the manager, Amy, was exceptional in helping pick out what I needed. I had a minor issue with a shoe and she was able to help me with next to no effort on my part. Looking for awesome shoes at reasonable prices? Go here.

Went to buy shoelaces for my J&M shoes and salesperson was extremely unhelpful and rude. Said he couldn't help me if I didn't know the length, yet he knew what shoes I was replacing them in and did nothing to try and figure it out. There are plenty of better options nearby for higher quality products and staff, so save yourself the frustration.

The staff were lovely, although the jacket I bought had loose buttons that needed to be sewn back on a time or two. Still a good jacket, just irksome.

Place has nice collection but staff is not welcoming. No greetings at the place. Even when they have 2-3 people working, no one is willing to help the customers rather point to one another to take care of customers waiting in line. If there was another store near by would not go back to this one again. Staff lacks knowledge about their own product.

Their clothes and shoes are so stylish and high quality. The employees at Ross Park are very knowledgeable and helpful.
