I just bought a pair of doc marten Adrian loafers in cherry red from there today. I believe the associate that helped me was Ethan. He was super helpful and showed me several other shoes I may be interested in. It was a great experience and I'll definitely buy from this store again in the future.

Mahlae was so kind to us! They helped us find exactly what I was looking for and was very attentive to my friend, who wasn’t buying anything, as well! He made great, engaging conversation that made us feel incredibly welcome. Amazing customer service, will visit again soon.

My friend and I were looking at shoes and we found a worker named Mahlae and they were the sweetest worker ever. They were excellent help to my friend and very nice. 5 stars for customer service, would come again.

It was lovely! best customer service i've ever had Elise was very helpful!! but they all were kind...I was greeted when I came in the store asked how i was doing & if i had a good weekend! I will definitely be returning, it was a wonderful experience.

Went into this store to purchase a pair of Birkenstock and my friend was looking into a pair of converse. The individual who was helping my friend was taking forever to get the shoes out to her and even brought the wrong size multiple times. The worker seemed new and Maybe need more training form management, I believe the individual who was helping me was Emily or maybe Emma, not 100% sure. When the other associate brought out a pair of Birkenstocks to try on, I tried taking the box to put the shoes on and the associate aggressively grabbed it out of my hands and wouldn’t let me hold it to look at the shoes. Once she took the shoe out to try on I noticed how dirty and in bad condition the Birkenstocks actually were. It seems like the store was dirty and management need to take better car of shoes that are stocked in the back room. A pair of shoes in the box should not be dirty upon opening them to try on. Overall it seems that the management of this store have not an ounce of a clue on how to run a store. Very disappointed in my visit.

JOHN WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND! I came in for crocs and he went back twice to find me my size and they didn’t have it but each time he brought out options because they didn’t have the ones I wanted. He deserves a raise and had the best customer service he was quick and got me in and out and WE finally found a pair I liked even with them being super busy thanks John and keep up the great work!

Very friendly and helpful staff. I had to return a pair of shoes i bought online and it was the easiest return ever! We ended up buying shoes and socks for my son. Best staff!!

They no longer sell DC, Osiris or Etnies here which was the main reason for going to this store. They do however give you the option of buying them online through the store and not have to pay shipping.

Journeys always has a great selection, got some all stars n this dope shirt. Friendly staff and extraordinary customer service, Tyler helped me find the right size, wasnt js hustling me for my money, (I cant express how much i appreciate that) and helped me stay fresh!

My daughter has bought shoes at this franchise all over the USA & Canada. This particular store was the absolute worst I've ever made the mistake of going in. I can't recommend it at all. My daughter needed boots & I had to ask loudly if anyone worked here. Very poor attitudes.
