I recently switched over from another pharmacy several months back, as a new resident of South Park. I just wanted to tell others in the area about my experience with this pharmacy!
I worked in medicine my entire life, and I never imagined I’d find a pharmacy with such caring & knowledgeable pharmacists, & pharmacy technicians. They don’t act as if it’s a burden to help you. I’ve seen the absolute worst care from some places, one that nearly killed me due to negligence when my Rx had been adjusted & they failed to explain things efficiently, it can truly be a matter of life and death. I was given an overdose of medication at my last pharmacy, that caused me to have a grand mal seizure, shortly after being behind the wheel of my car. They offered absolutely no patient counseling by a pharmacis, and quite frankly, that is very dangerous for a patient like me. I am a diabetic, along with 800 other chronic diseases that I’m being treated for. I have had the most pleasant experience, ever since the very first day, switching over. I believe it was Kevin himself, who called me, on that same evening, to go over all of my medications. He was so kind, professional, & empathetic. He put my worries at ease. I have had to call in for some of my meds, on rare occasion, & my experience with ALL of the folks that work in this pharmacy has been absolutely phenomenal! I also require sensors for my Dexcom, and they ship those directly to my door! How convenient! I have not had a bad experience here yet, and that had not always been my experience in the past. Kevin’s delivers my meds directly to my home, for free, and they’ve also done a next day delivery when I was prescribed antibiotics, recently. I’ve dealt with about 4 different pharmacies all over Pittsburgh, in the last 15 years, and this one is, by far, the very best! They also offer bubble packaging, so my morning /afternoon/and evening pills are all separated for me. Making my life much simpler & safer! They have also provided the vitamins that my doctor has recommended/prescribed. They are so wonderful here & all deserve a raise! Thank you so much for your caring hearts, it means so much to me! Nice little pharmacy inside Shop N Save in Castle Shannon PA. They have an app but it needs one improvement, which is it should notify you when your prescriptions are ready.

They are seriously the best - thoughtful, friendly, helpful, kind, sweet to my children, etc. etc. etc. Whenever my kids need antibiotics, they'll call to see if I'm on my way in so that they can start mixing them and I won't have to wait which is HUGE when you have sick littles and are coming from the doctor's office. I even received a personalized phone call wishing me a Happy Birthday!

Very friendly local pharmacy. The people who work there are so nice and friendly. They remember you. I love that I can get PCR test here since I work in a high school. Great place!

Perfect pharmacy inside of a grocery store, very convenient just wish they had Sunday hours and opened a little earlier during the week for the customers to stop in on their way to work.

I used to be a pharmacy technician, so I know how hard working in a pharmacy can be. Everyone at Kevin's is extremely nice and helpful. I take a fair amount of medication and have multiple insurances, and they ALWAYS bill everything correctly. I don't have to micromanage my meds like I did going to big chains, I can trust Kevin's to do everything quickly and correctly. Great local pharmacy!

Really pleased with the service I have received over the last few years. I have had questions about certain prescriptions that Kevin, Tom and Luke have taken their time to answer me in a professional way that gives you peace of mind and even at their busiest times. Beth and Chickee who are busy also getting prescriptions filled and ready to give to customers in a timely fashion and a kind manner are greatly appreciated also.
