Deposit my check thru the atm. Long story short they been draggging they feet on getting my funds to me looking to report them to the fdic. It’s been over 7 business days Bills are due this bank just don’t care.

Please, whatever you do, never use this branch. I went in on 5/24/23 to close three accounts. These accounts were old and never used, one went into over draft I paid off all three account balances, (one checking, one line of credit). The teller never closed the account the same day for the checking account, and it apparently went into overdraft again. They lost the check in the system for the line of credit. Two weeks go past and I am still getting phone calls from them stating I owe money. I stopped into the branch again, and the same teller was clueless and could not give me a valid answer as to why she did not close the check account the same day, or where the check was for $9xx.xx. Finally on 6/9/23 I have to call and speak to the branch manager, who was also not helpful on getting this resolved. Finally after 2 1/2 weeks, the line of credit was closed after they found the check. I should not have to do the leg work for their inability to do their jobs, yet alone the 60 point credit score I hit because these people were less than professional. I do business banking with First Commonwealth and ALOT of money comes and goes, and when I need something done, its done same day. Save you time and energy and don't use Keybank.

Trying to help my mom deal with my dads death paperwork. Told to come into the bank to get it done. We arrive and Robyn the personal banking rep was rude and demeaning to my 89 year old grieving widow. What the heck is wrong with you? You told us to come in and the. Say you can't help us? Ok - but did Robyn have to be so rude about it? And the bank manager - also uninformed and rude. It took a call to BNY Mellon and putting them on speaker phone with the key and manager to get her to admit she could, in fact, help us. This place is terrible. Third negative experience. Poor customer service. But to be rude to an 89 year old grieving widow was the final straw. Shame on you. Someday karma will find you, Robyn.

More often than not this ATM is out of service or broken, and when it is it's taken days to be reset. The drive thru is very tight and sloped so you have to lean out and be careful you don't hit curb or next door drive thru.

I went in on the first of the month, with 1 teller working drive thru and window by herself, I waited 20 minutes, no kidding. This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks, one teller to work both. Not customer friendly

I Honestly Don't Know What Happened Here. I Was With FNG Before Key Bank Took Over. I Used This Branch Often Under The FNG Name, And Never had Any Problems. As Soon As Key Bank Took Over, The Level Of Professionalism, And Service Took A Huge Dive. I Always Felt Like I Was Bothering The Staff There By Just Making Simple Transactions. The Poor Service, And Bad Attitude Lead To Me Closing My Account.
