I will never return to this bank and have since closed out all of my accounts. Multiple times, I was denied the ability to withdraw funds and close out an account (which I was forced to pay a penalty on because the bankers did not close out the account during the grace period). The bankers here are either malicious or incompetent, and I have filed a report against this branch. I have wasted months trying to accomplish tasks that would take seconds at any other bank. Protect your finances and go somewhere else. This place should not be in business.
