Very frustrated. Ordered something that got sent to this store instead of the store near me. When I called in attempt to fix it staff was very rude. Hung up on me once and when I called back they just set the phone down and I overheard them complaining about helping me. They claimed to fix the issue but I never received an email or money back until I called several hours later and the staff solved the problem immediately.

I was shocked when the clerk handed me my Kohl’s Cash when I checked out and she told me that it could be used in the store for ten more days PAST the printed expiration date. I have been shopping at Kohl’s for years and years and nobody ever told me that before. I also read the back of my Kohl’s Cash and it does not mention that at all. I have tossed so much Kohl’s Cash in the past because the printed expiration date had passed (including the $20 i just threw away today because the expiration date was yesterday!!). I am so disappointed in Kohl’s that they don’t tell people about this and don’t print this information on the Kohl’s Cash. Thank you Tammy in the North Hills store for telling me about this corporate “secret”.

Asked about the kohl's cash deal and was yelled at that they are all gone and no more being given. It's only 1 pm and the store is still opened for hours. Kind of cappy of them to have a deal and not honor it. Won't come to this location again.

be careful with Kohl's coupons. Many items are not eligible for coupon discounts. This is not very well noted in coupon details.
