I don't think the workers were helpful just busy and no sense of customers around .The isles were hard to get through , some you could not even go down .

Nice clean store. This one has a Sephora inside, which is helpful. They also process Amazon returns.

I was able to find things quickly (a little too quickly lol)
The checkout associate, Amber, was helpful in that she helped carry my pillows to the checkout station (I had several I didn't mean to buy and was having trouble carrying them lol).
She was very personable as well. She made checkout a breeze!

On Veteran's day, a major retail sales day, stuffed inventory carts blocking aisles, unfolded merchandise thrown on top of displays, non existent LCD pricing screens on some displays, and the big one, 10 minutes to check out, standing in a line leading to 5 open registers with 5 more unmanned. This is a redesign of the old 2 banks of registers at opposing ends of the store, it doesn't work. Way too much frustration for a shopping trip.
Over 30 years shopping at Kohl's. We're done.
