Appointment time was 7:45am. Arrive at 7:42 and tried to check in on the self kiosks which both were malfunctioning. The lady took me back and then had trouble finding orders, which is fine but then she sat me down and before I even could speak she just stuck me with the needle, no alcohol swab beforehand, and she didn’t even have any gloves on. I am a medical assistant and I know that alcohol wipes and gloves are essential.
I am beyond upset that neither of these steps were taken to ensure that the blood draw area was sterile and clean, especially being a self pay patient.
This place needs to work on their procedures and have proper staffing on Saturday. The employee was very distraught over being the only person there on the weekends. This seems to be the reason that safety and sterilization procedures were not taken properly.
I am praying that I don’t get an infection.

Highly recommend this location!!!!I brought my 10 yr old son for bloodwork for the first time ever this morning, and it was an awesome experience. The phlebotomist (can’t remember her name) was absolutely wonderful she explained everything and she was very light hearted and made my very scared son, feel less scared. She joked with my son and made him feel at ease. As soon as I walked in she was very pleasant and friendly, and I knew he was in good hands. I will be coming here for both my children for lab work. If your child needs blood drawn and you don’t want to make the trip to Childrens Hospital, this is the place to go.

My second visit to Labcorp. I made my appt. on line. It was so easy & so easy & fast checking in. I always get right in. The staff was very friendly.

I brought my 4yr old in for bloodwork, we literally was sitting in room 2 for about 2 hours with an old lady that had no clue what she was doing. She got up left out the room to assist the other tech with another patient, while my 4 year old is running around hungry. I would recommend for you to find another lab service, bc this place isn’t it!

I have blood work done at least monthly for 7 years now. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.

Extremely slow,slow. Literally locks their door from 12:30pm til 1pm for lunch. Guy was there earlier and left. I have been waiting since 12:50pm...Now2:40pm and she takes other guy. I have to pee!!!!

This place is horrible. My wife had an employment fingerprint collection schedule with them at 2:30pm. She arrived there at 2:15pm and no one was there. Someone finally showed up after an hour later. Where were your employees at in their working time, Lab Crop? You might need to improve your working time tracking process.

Amazing staff! The entire process was as painless as you can imagine.-Check in while sitting in your car-They text you when someone is available to see you (yes, no waiting in the waiting room!)-You get done what you are there for-You walk out the doorThe staff was helpful and very knowledgeable. Not much more you can ask for, in my opinion.

I scheduled an appointment online and was taken within minutes of checking in. Maggie was the name of the person that drew my labs. She was very comforting and had a wonderful demeanor! It was as painless as possible giving blood...Thank You Maggie!! Very professional and very clean location.
