My friend and I went in here for the first time today and the workers absolutely ruined the experience. I’d never been before and wanted to try on two pairs of jeans. I asked the young worker for a fitting room and he had a mug look on his face, didn’t say a word, opened the door, and walked off. I said thank you and he didn’t say one word the whole time. I decided not to buy anything, but my friend checked out with the same boy and he didn’t say one word the whole checkout process. It was very uncomfortable. I NEVER leave reviews but every single worker on there was very unapproachable and rude.

The female manager is absolutely rude. She refused to return some items that I purchased because the tags were removed even though I saved the tags. She rudely reached in front of me and grabbed the return policy and read it with an attitude. She then accused me of borrowing the items for a photoshoot. Based on several other Google reviews, this particular manager is a problem that needs addressed.

I work with a Costume Designer and have been asked not to shop in their store anymore by the store manager because we often make returns of product that is no longer needed. I asked a young sales associate if she could check a size for me on something and mentioned I wouldn’t being buying as they have asked me not too shop there but that I may order online later on if I knew I needed the product. Moments later as I was browsing the manager cornered me and ridiculed me in front of the entire store. Extremely unprofessional and super embarrassing to be the object of her dramatic presentation. I was polite, courteous, and professional and then treated that way… after seeing the other reviews I’m not surprised. Sad to say this store will likely close for business soon enough.

Staff was incredibly rude and incapable of simple cordiality. The girl with long brown hair was completely unenthusiastic and used her small amount of “power” to basically make me aware of every single rule. Wouldn’t let me go in to a fitting room with my daughter “only one per room” everytime I went to grab a pair of pants she made it seem like I had too many and kept hassling me about what I had. Way to make customers feel like thieves. I asked about measuring and she said they don’t measure. I wanted help finding a better fit and they were uneducated and didn’t want to help. I decided I liked a pair of clearance pants and got a pair for my daughter. I asked if I could keep them on and just give her the tags to check out and she said it was fine. We said thank you while checking out and she ignored us or replied with “yaaaa” not “you’re welcome” then when I went to leave all three employees started hassling me for the back butt tag on my pants after I already paid. Infront of a packed mall they are hassling me for a random tag and I’m like why do you need my tag? They had the two main tags already and she was turning completely red like “you can’t return them!” I didn’t plan on it but they were acting so aggressive and rude over nothing. Like do better and hire better staff with basic customer service skill. The male manager just stood there like hand over the tag as if I was stealing. This is the first and last time I’ll ever go to that store and spend my money.

Employees were nice but didn't know much about the products. Manager was apathetic and clueless. Save yourself some time and order online, or shop somewhere else.

The customer service is abysmal and professionalism is completely absent. The employees at this store are in dire need of immersive training in all levels of retail sales and civility. If you dare to visit, you’ll walk out remembering you read this review.

Me and my friend were helped by Mark and he was SO kind! So helpful and made my friends first time buying quality jeans amazing! Helped my friend find EXACTLY what he wanted and needed. Helpful, kind, relatable, down to earth. Couldn't have asked for a better person. *Chefs kiss*

Went to buy jeans today ( Saturday) at 10:45am, closed. Says open at 10am on website. Walked around for 25 minutes in the mall thinking maybe it was open at 11am. Went back at 11:10am and still closed. Then called the store and no answer. Levi's, you got to do better! Sad.
