I am honestly shocked at how I was just spoken to by this company. I had an appt for yesterday. We needed to reschedule so I tried to call 1.5 hours before my scheduled appt. (It was during their open hours.) It went right to their voicemail and said I couldn’t leave a message the voicemail was full. I thought that was odd for a business, but what else could I do to get ahold of them? There was no other way to communicate with them. I made sure I checked in my email confirmation.So I made another appointment for today using their online service again at a different location since the previous location was full now. I showed up today and no one is at the office, doors are locked, lights are off.I called the number in my confirmation text and I am IMMEDIATELY met with such attitude. Saying no one is going to be at that location today (okay so why did it let me schedule?) and that I had an appointment yesterday at a different location that I didn’t bother to show up to. I “can’t go around making appointments and not showing up to them.” His tone of voice was so snarky too. Just assuming I was rude the day before when in all actuality I had tried to call and do the right thing. I have just never been treated that way by a business. I still don’t understand how someone was not at the location I scheduled at today when their website let me schedule… but it’s how I was treated that I just can’t get over.I have worked in retail or customer service for 13 years now and I would NEVER act the way this man did on the phone today. I also would never just blow off an appt because I know what that is like. Horrible horrible service.

I done tax here by March, didn't see government return my money, I come here a few times, door always closes ! No one answer phone! Is this business no more ?
