If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered hats for our business 2 months ago. The hats got lost. I understand these things happen. What I don’t understand is the lack of willingness to help me. They blame the post office. Again I get that it was the post office but they aren’t trying to solve the problem. They don’t want to do any work to try to get me the already paid for hats. I called 2 locations and both managers were worthless and rude. Told me I need to call customer service to get a refund. Really disappointed in the unprofessionalism. I will never do business with these 2 stores again

Got a customized hat while waiting to fly out. Not only did he take time to understand the request he also helped other people while letting me look over the settings before customizing my hat (multitasking and not letting them wait)!You could tell that he's knowledgeable on the products in the store and had experience with the issues that could occur during making the order. Hat came out perfect. He even wrote the settings we used down so I could make another custom hat (as a gift) in the future. I'll definitely stop by again!

Very unprofessional to ask a potential customer “what do you want?” When asking if they can look around five minutes before closed.1. You’re in an airport. Clearly your customer base is going to come from around the world at odd times. I can guarantee very few look up your times of operation.2. I can guarantee an experience like this will be remembered. Very sad.3. Thankful for our Lids back home with AMAZING customer service.4. A simple “sorry it’s too late” would have sufficed versus the hateful attitude.

Rude customer service at 8:00am on a Monday. The fact that I did not want the shopping bag created an issue for the shop attendant.
