If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered hats for our business 2 months ago. The hats got lost. I understand these things happen. What I don’t understand is the lack of willingness to help me. They blame the post office. Again I get that it was the post office but they aren’t trying to solve the problem. They don’t want to do any work to try to get me the already paid for hats. I called 2 locations and both managers were worthless and rude. Told me I need to call customer service to get a refund. Really disappointed in the unprofessionalism. I will never do business with these 2 stores again. Moon and Robinson

This isn't a store to buy your favorite teams lid. It's a store that only sells two type of lids. The posers who wear NY lids because they think it makes them look cool and the home team. So upset I couldn't find my favorite major league baseball teams merch here. I shall never return. Lids just lost out on the 10 hats I buy per year.
