This is a great true gym which is run by a genuinely knowledgeable and amiable family. It has all the equipment you could need for whatever lifting you want to do, including an aerobic room with a heavy bag.

Awesome gym feels like the last of the true havens for lifting. Day passes for 10$ perfect. I use this gym Everytime I am in town. Leave LA fitness alone, don't go to planet fitness just come here. Everyone is kind, accepting and just concerned with lifting.

I been looking for a solid gym for the last year, after going to couple around the neighborhood, this one was it for me. Front desk people are so nice, they got all the equipment to workout and the atmosphere is chill with good vibes.

This place feels like family. And the female bathroom is like your at the spa best gym bathroom I ever been in , if your serious about working out and looking for a no nonsense "REAL GYM" THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO !!!!!

This gym has absolutely everything you need for an amazing workout. They have unique equipment to get the job done you’re looking for. Great owners and motivating people in the gym grinding and working hard. Highly recommend going here. Very reasonable place too!

Love this gym, I go to a handful of gyms (always based on where I need to go afterwards) but I will be making it a point to make this my main gym. Their concern is quality/quanity of equipment. Which is fantastic. A lot of gyms focus on having new equipment, functionality is an after thought. That is not life force. Yes it can get a little tight if it's super busy but there is enough equipment that you are never waiting. I have never had a single issue and for that like I have stated this will be my main gym going forward.
