I feel like it's a huge corporation with no way to work with them. My payment changed and I was not notified, so I sent my old payment, which was 95% of my new payment, yet they still charged a late fee and wouldn't listen.

Very Very bad customer service and horrible bedside manner the loan officer Aaron Payne wasn't helpful at all with the process communication is a key factor especially when your in the process of making a home purchase texting texting texting I just not acceptable

I had a positive experience working with Dean Sowers and LoanDepot. Dean was very professional and helped us along the way. I was little bit skeptical at the beginning, but LoanDepot proved me wrong.
