Was returning an item I bought on line. only person in line, was completely ignored by rude condescending teenagers. They were too busy chit chatting to acknowledge me. Finally waited on me, very cold must of been having a bad day decided to take it out on the customer. I won't order from this company again

Even though the store was completely empty of customers, the 3 employees didn’t bother to stop what they were doing and acknowledge me. As a matter fact, no one ever bothered to say hello the entire time I was at the store. When I brought my purchase to the counter, I was asked to wait until the associate was done doing what she was doing. To me that’s a bad customer service.

I like the clothes here but I'm never blown away. Part of that is the cost... It's just such a turn off for me. But the store is well organized and clean.

Went to the register and 3 associates were gathered talking about sales. No one greeted me. The girl (sounds like she was a manager or assistant manager) was quite interactive while asking me to sign up for their credit card, but when I told her “no thanks”, she then pushed me again, to which I said I did not want another card. After that she did not say one word to me. Didn’t ask me to swipe my card, othing. I had to say thank you at the end of the transaction. Some customer service. I like the clothes for the sales, but I will not go back to this location.

My grandmother is very skinny and I'm very fat. They never have the right clothing sizes. Unless you're an average size, you're lucky if they can even order a different size in. Cute clothes if you can find something though. The staff is ok... some are really nice but others are snobbish.

Dear Ann Taylor Loft at South Hills Village (Pittsburgh PA), I promise never to step foot into your store again! The customer service I didn't receive tonight, coupled with the attitude your sales associate gave me, was unacceptable. You should not wonder why we do so much online shopping!
