He answered all my questions with great passion and helped me manage my potential budget as I worked through options for my basement area that is currently being re-done. We bought a sofa from Love Sac in South Hills Village mall. We liked the way the "firm" couch cushions felt. They offer 3 types of cushions....really soft, kind of firm, and firm. We're waiting for our sofa to be delivered. We got notification that our sofa has been shipped already, & we just purchased it yesterday!! They ship thru FedEx. This furniture is a bit pricey, but their guarantee is pretty good.

All staff were friendly and knowledgeable! Only thing is was not informed of how or when I would be contacted for delivery.Update- Super unhappy. The contact for delivery-None. Showed up in the hallway where I had not moved yet. Luckily I drove by and saw it there !!

I was promised delivery in two weeks. I was then not notified that there was a backorder on my covers. I was told to just deal with it. Then when I asked for appeasement I was refused. I returned my order. Then after $5000 and a new order of new covers,not the ones I wanted, I have to wait another two weeks. I only bought this cause my wife rally wanted it. Otherwise don't deal with this company.

The team at South Hills in Pittsburgh was super helpful. They went ahead and made an order for me ahead of the coming sale and never pressured me to buy that day instead. I was able to call their store and place my order over the phone in minutes. My order arrived three days later. Everything was there and very organized and the quality is great. Love my purchase!

Nice store. Like the love sac bit not the price. The under seat speakers are awesome and the reason for the stop. Again price is a little much. Get a couple Bose complete systems for this price

Buying my sactional was one of the best investments I’ve made.My buying experience was fantastic from the very beginning. Rasha is super knowledgeable and really has her stuff together. She built a quote for me, made changes, helped me build, and kept in touch with me until all the final decisions were made. I never felt pressured to buy. Customer service like hers really does not exist anymore, she’s the absolute best!As far the the product, it is well worth the price. One warning is the assembly, it is more difficult than I had anticipated and will definitely go easier with 2 people. But after having the couch for 2 weeks now, I view it as an investment. My whole family has been spending more time together on the couch, and I feel sort of like my house can sleep more people because it comfortable enough for sleeping. This is definitely our lifetime forever couch!

Lovesac @ South Hills Village - (go see Rep. RASHA who helped us order and explained everything) I can’t say enough about her. She was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the purchase. She was patient with us and took time to make sure we were well informed. RASHA went above and beyond for us. I would have NEVER been able to order online what my dream living-room set was pictured in my head by myself (my idea for my room was not the normal set up- and it is amazing you can have endless options to be able to fit a room to YOUR vision).A message for corporate, this is a very valuable employee! Being self-employed myself I personally know how hard it is to find and keep good employees. This employee (RASHA) is definitely top tier. Hold on to this one and don’t let her go. We had such a great experience and would definitely recommend love sac to friends and family due to how wonderful we were treaded and the service that was given to us and the quality of the product. Thank again Rasha!

The process of getting a sactional through this store has been absolutely miserable. The in-store experience seemed fine - I was helped (after a decent wait because there were other customers and only one store employee), the order was seemingly processed correctly, and I was promised that I’d receive tracking information that would allow me to vacation hold the delivery (given that it would probably arrive sooner than the date I was needing it for - which is usually never a situation requiring complaint!). I noticed while confirming order details that the email the employee entered was spelled incorrectly, and he assured me it was fixed before I left the store. It turns out, it wasn’t fixed on all ends of the system, and I never received tracking details to be able to delay the shipment and my couch was delivered and sitting outside through a storm. When I called to complain, he forwarded me the tracking details that were never sent to me and confirmed it was his fault, but every detail of trying to get the order straight has fallen on me. When I got to the couch, it was water damaged, and the order wasn’t even processed with the right covers I’d selected in store. After hours on the phone with carelove, I was assured I could return the original damaged pieces and receive all new once they received confirmation the old pieces were sent back - however, I once again didn’t receive tracking information and another full couch (WITHOUT COVERS) was sent to my door. I now have 30 boxes in my apartment with a couch I can’t even put together until I receive the covers I originally ordered, and zero space to put anything together because they’ve not helped with the original return process. There’s been zero communication and the absolute opposite of “above and beyond” customer service. The customer care service I was directed to call is another issue, but none of this would be happening if this location processed the order correctly in the first place. I’ll never order anything from this location again, and if you do, I’d encourage you to read through every single word on the sales order before you leave the store because the employees evidently can’t even be trusted to know their own products let alone double check what they enter.

My husband and I walked into the store because I wanted to buy a new cover for my current sac. We were the only people that came into the store and the two women that were working there were not at all interested in helping us. Honestly I felt as if we were bothering them by entering the store because they both stood leaning against the checkout desk staring at us. My husband and I spent maybe 5 minutes in the store and they never acknowledged us until we were walking out the door, where I was then insulted by the blonde woman. She said “well was there anything we could help you with or what?” I told her I wanted to look into getting a new cover and her response was “well just so you know, the covers are $350-600 so.” I’m sorry that I didn’t appear to be rich enough to shop in your store, but I assured her that I could absolutely afford what I was looking for. Both my husband and I felt extremely offended and insulted that she would insinuate to a potential customer that they can’t afford to shop there. Absolutely unacceptable.
