Lowes pro customer here. Just spent $6k there 10 days ago. Tried to price match romex and was told by Becc she wouldn't do it because it wasn't sold by Amazon. Showed her where it said shipped and sold by Amazon.com. Then she claimed it was a different item number, so showed her it was the same barcode. She and cashier still refused. Asked for store manager, and she lied claiming she was the store manager. I called in and was told by the actual store manager that she violated their policy, and they were supposed to price match. Ended up at HD. Way to treat a pro customer that'd spent 10k in the past 45 days guys.

Went to buy a fridge. Bob was amazing! So friendly and helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and made the process of buying a major appliance much less painful! We will definitely be returning to this Lowes! Well, that was short lived! Came home from dinner out tonight to a warm fridge and a bunch of food to throw away. One short day....And an infuriating update as they can't get us a new fridge until Friday and they do NOT compensate for lost food!!!!

First, we shop at Lowes all the time and love it. But recently Lowes began to carry Northeast Pellets for a wood burning pellet stove. These are the worst pellets ever. They filled our house with smoke, and 3 days later the smell is still awful. Please read reviews on the Northeast site snd DO NOT BUY THESE!

Disappointed three times in three days. I purchases a kitchen faucet that was missing a key piece to secure the sprayer hose. I had to disassemble it and return it. I purchases a different kitchen faucet from a different manufacturer and found that it was also missing the aerator. I ended up just spending $6 for an aerator as I did not want to disassemble a kitchen faucet a second time. I also purchased a tamper proof electrical outlet only to find that one of the screws that holds the hot (or active) black wire was stripped. Three different purchases were likely returned items that Lowes simply put back on the shelf and sold a full price

Ordered a wall oven on a 12/31 special with an estimated delivery date of 1/20. They emailed several days later to inform us that the oven was delayed till 7/9...yes, JULY. I called the store and was told they were out of stock, but they would call the vendor and call me back. They never did. When I called Lowe's, they told me the vendor called me (they never did) and wanted us to visit them to pick out a replacement. I did my homework and didn't want a replacement. I called the vendor and found out that the oven had been on backorder since 12/28, before I even placed my order. But on 1/11, Lowe's still had the oven listed on their website as being available for delivery on 1/20. I asked the store about reordering since their website says 1/20 still. Was told Appliances would call me back, they never did. TLDR: you can't trust the Lowe's website's availability or estimated delivey. It is false advertising, and employees string you along and don't call back. Cancelled our order and went with a local shop.

Nice Lowe's with friendly staff. Unfortunately it's recently been difficult to shop here without being pitched gutter systems by LeafFilter salespeople who walk the floor, which is a little annoying.

Purchased 6 major appliances during Labor day sale, good prices, discount for opening credit card, no notable delivery probs BUT
-all were installed but dishwasher which is sub-contracted & you are responsible for install/expense both UNDISCLOSED at purchase
-Open Lowes credit & buried in Terms, your email will be shared with hundreds of businesses(not disclosed & no opt out!!) which have resulted in hundreds of undesired emails & countless wasted time delete/block/unsubscribe. A PUNITUVE CUSTOMER DISSERVICE!!!!

Do not get windows installed by Lowe’s! They’re the worst. Ours were installed wrong, they do not care. The salesman, Chad, lied about the warranty. The store manager, Mark, was told to not talk to me about it. A Pella sales rep came over to look at the windows and said that they hear the same issues from other customers that used Lowe’s. You’d think if there were issues, Lowe’s would take care of their screw ups, but the will not.
