Stay away from this location for returns. Ordered on Lowes website with my Lowe’s credit card. Two doorknobs were shipped in a different box but the same item as the other doorknobs I ordered. Manager of the store told me he wouldn’t take them back because Lowe’s special ordered them compared to the rest of the doorknobs. (This isn’t my doing). I didn’t have a printed copy of the receipt which was left at home. Email receipt, Lowe’s app order number with proof of purchase, and original Lowe’s credit card wasn’t good enough to make the return happen. No apology from him, but I did get an explanation on how his store would suffer the loss if he gave me store credit. Learn customer service before becoming a manager of the store.

I don’t know what the person was on when they numbered the aisles. If you’re looking for aisle 56, here’s a couple tips, it’s no where near aisle 50. It also isn’t marked.

Terrible place to buy anything if you have any questions about it. The “pro” will just guess at answers and tell you it’s “close enough.” Not that you can ever find anyone to help you to begin with. Horrible place for DIYers.

Terrible return policy compared to all other stores. I bought 8 boxes of Christmas lights and only used 4 assuming I would be able to return the unused lights. Went to return the lights 2 weeks later and now they have signs all over the return desk saying "no holiday returns". I wish they had posted signs near where I purchased the lights. Home Depot is just much better for customer service.

Never a good experience, products on sale attempted to buy and was told sale was over and they didn't have anymore. Still had 2 days and went and found said product. Went back to purchase and was told no.
Separate trip purchase a baby gate, instructions said I couldn't use because not enough space so I boxed up an let sit because I wasn't going to waste time and gas for just that. When I did need something apparently it was 2 weeks past there *New Policy* Great place to never do business again! Gave them 3 chances not one more will be given. I recommend Home Depot or your local garbage dump first!

We will never be shopping at this location, due to the extremely poor customer service.
We were attempting to buy lumber and the piece we were looking at had two different price tags in two locations. After notifying the cashier of the discrepancy, we were told that the higher price was correct. Typically, any store that makes this mistake would award you the lower price (mind you it was $4 lower)… when we went to talk to the lumber manager, Jeff, he insulted our intelligence making it seem like we were looking at the wrong wood type and that we didn’t understand how price tags work. He reiterated that they “still didn’t get to changing the price on the other location”. It wasn’t about the price, it was about the extremely poor service and the “know it all” attitude that we were given. For a $4 difference, customer service goes a long way.
