The male store manager is rude and did not care about the customers at all! Lululemon’s one year quality guarantee DOES NOT WORK in this store. I just wore the hoodie once and I washed it, the thread came out loose and can leave a hole on the back. I took it to the store and wanted to do an exchange in the store because I just wore it for one time. The male manager was very rude and didn’t even listen to my concerns. If you washed it, he will say it is because of your washing machine! Lululemon’s quality guarantee covers for one year, does it mean I cannot wash my stuffs during this year?! This is so ridiculous. Worst Lululemon store.

The one male employee I encountered was extremely rude. I was asking about a return because I was unaware of the return policy. All he had to do was tell me “it is a 30 day window” and he just kept beating around the bush. He was so rude about it. Then he looked me up and down. It was very strange.

I had a wonderful experience at this location! there was a mixup with an online order & the store manager (Kerri) was extremely helpful! I will be using this location as my main store to purchase all items going forward! the staff was extremely helpful as well!

Was there yesterday, bought several things , I was asked if I would like to purchase a bag for 50 cents I said no thank you. Gave me my stuff and had to carry it that way . Really you don’t put merchandise in bags that is uncalled for. Your store isn’t cheap payed $$$for my things.

I went to the men's department to purchase a shirt and jacket w/ my son - a bearded man dressed terribly as a woman sporting a pink plastic purse and cheap heels was my men's dept sales consultant. Not only was he uncomfortable helping me, my 13 year old son was confused and I was uncomfortable - he seemed lost in the store and had little to no knowledge to help me.

I came in for leggings stitching loose trying to get a replacement. Without checking my purchase history first sales or store manager said it’s been purchased over 3 years and refused to replace it. After checked my order history said it’s over a year and align fabric is delicate need to wash and dry properly. Which is not like lululemon website said using “high-performance fabrics and innovative construction techniques”. Finally replaced for me after the sales or store manager gave me a lecture about how and where to wear their delicate fabric Align leggings. Btw my leggings was purchased by last year August.

The store is huge but a bit unorganized. Leggings can be found in 3 different spots, same for hoodies, and some supplies are limited. The 4 star review balance great staff (cashier, super sweet and helpful) with a bit rude staff (floor staff). I had a defect in my leggings and the person I asked about it said that “if it gets worse” (the defect should not have happened) I’ll have to wash it (of course!) and “negotiate it with the return center”. I’ll probably ask for help in a different branch.

Apparently based off a recent news article from NBC you can steal from the store and employees are not allowed to call the police or they will be fired. Lol shoplifting is apparently legal at lululemon.
