I came in for leggings stitching loose trying to get a replacement. Without checking my purchase history first sales or store manager said it’s been purchased over 3 years and refused to replace it. After checked my order history said it’s over a year and align fabric is delicate need to wash and dry properly. Which is not like lululemon website said using “high-performance fabrics and innovative construction techniques”. Finally replaced for me after the sales or store manager gave me a lecture about how and where to wear their delicate fabric Align leggings. Btw my leggings was purchased by last year August.

The store is huge but a bit unorganized. Leggings can be found in 3 different spots, same for hoodies, and some supplies are limited. The 4 star review balance great staff (cashier, super sweet and helpful) with a bit rude staff (floor staff). I had a defect in my leggings and the person I asked about it said that “if it gets worse” (the defect should not have happened) I’ll have to wash it (of course!) and “negotiate it with the return center”. I’ll probably ask for help in a different branch.

Apparently based off a recent news article from NBC you can steal from the store and employees are not allowed to call the police or they will be fired. Lol shoplifting is apparently legal at lululemon.

I am very impressed with their customer service! Lauren-Shift supervisor was able to track down a pair of fleece leggings that were no longer available online but in stores that I needed in a different size. She called 2 stores and was able to get find the right size and get them shipped. Thank you Lauren & Lululemon team! :)

This store’s atmosphere and cleanliness is prodigious. The workers are extremely welcoming and helpful. One of the workers, Libby, was amazing. She helped me find the perfect item that I was looking for.

I went into lulu lemon at the ross park mall right before Christmas. Previously ,I admit , I had a closed mind to lulu and it’s clothing. I have become an extremely open minded individual these past years, but taking certain first steps can always be strange. Luckily there was an amazingly bright young charasimatic character waiting for me in your store. Liam wasn’t pushy, felt honest and transparent , and really just felt like someone that wouldn’t try to selll me anything I didn’t need . I appreciate the time he took (and I ask lots of questions). Please take note and follow through with cultivating this charisma asset you have at your store. Thank you.Sorry for the late review but the holidays are distracting. It is in that fact I remember just how helpful your man was. Even one month later I remembered I needed to compliment and credit him with the sales. I have bought quite a bit from you since then. Thanks again ?

Nice selection. My biggest peeve is when I use military discount and they instantly get snobby and ask if it’s for me. This is the only store I get that reaction. I don’t understand why I can’t buy my daughter or someone a gift with my money and my military discount. They act as if I’m saving them money when it’s my own money I’m just buying them a gift.

My husband went to try on some clothes. I went to go in with him, but we were told by an associate that I was not allowed in because of social distancing. This was after my husband said that we are married. She didn’t care. I repeated that he was my husband. She still didn’t care. Meanwhile, we were surrounded by friends and mothers/daughters who were walking in and out of the dressing rooms, without masks, standing about, and definitely not socially distancing. On the way out, I asked the woman in the front if it was their policy to not let married couples in the fitting area together. She said yes, but that it was a headcount issue. So which is it? This woman also just turned away from me and didn’t engage with me when I asked what the reasoning was behind the policy. Super classy!I genuinely can’t decide if we were treated differently because we were men, we were gay, or both. Just a friendly warning: if you’re not a Karen or a Karen-in-training, you’re definitely not going to be treated with courtesy. And if you’re men/a gay couple, be prepared to be outright mistreated with a measure of coldness only a privileged white woman could muster.
