This LUSH lives up to the brand's mission of inclusivity, acceptance and sharing joy. I took my 4-year-old here today (she is obsessed with spa things) for the first time. I was a little scared because there are so many things that look like toys but are fragile, and I was half-anticipating that we would get a lot of anxious side-eyes. The staff knelt down beside her, asked her what she liked, and helped her pick out some perfect bubble bars and bath bombs. I would honestly say it was the most welcoming experience we have encountered in a store. (Including the Build A Bear next door)

Probably the only store I've ever walked into wanting to talk to the employees. Everyone is super knowledgeable and friendly, and I always leave the store with just a little more than I came in to buy.

I went to pick out some birthday gifts and Elliot & Venus were both so helpful & so friendly!! They both took their time to give considerate options & beautifully wrap my gifts, my shopping couldn’t have gone better! :)

My 3 year old daughter LOVES Lush at South Hills 🖤 Today we went in and were immediately greeted by Em. She took the time to try some soaps with my daughter, and show her all the bath bombs. 😊 She was so excited and left talking all about it. Em was amazing and gave us the best experience!

Lovely people, helpful and sweet, they genuinely care! They usually give me a free sample of something i seemed to like or could be interested in! I think its just a good environment over all and everything smells amazing! Strong but not too strong, some that are gentle are still fragrant.. I need to come here for everything they offer honestly. I use my lotion bar so much love it lots

Very friendly and helpful staff. Always love popping in Lush in person when I'm in a town that has one. Picked up a few new products based on their recommendations and was in and out quickly.

Em and team are so knowledgeable about the products and have reinstated my love of lush. While not so so hard to do with the products, they have me spendingggg. And my hair and skin have never looked better. Everything is so inclusive and considerate.

Our favorite location! Em was great. They spent an incredible amount of time with us going through so many different product recommendations. They were very knowledgeable and had a clear passion for their work. We ended up converting body wash, conditioner, and face scrub based on Em’s recommendations! We also got tons of samples of products we will be retuning to buy! We have been long time lush lovers but this location and staff take the experience to the next level! 10/10!

I usually hate going into these stores because the few times I have the staff just wasn't helpful and made me feel weird. (NOT THIS LOCATION)
HOWEVER, today I decided to do something nice for myself and visited the South hills location for the first time. I have extremely sensitive skin and wanted some friendly options for face masks. Doug was the best! With it being only his first week with the company he made me andy partner feel welcome and heard about my concerns. He was super friendly , informed and was definitely the personality hire! Haha (not that anyone else working was bad)
So guys , of you're afraid like I was to try, please go to the South hills village mall and ask for Doug because he was awesome. These masks have madey skin feel amazing without any irritation so far!

I went in with my niece to get a few Halloween bath bombs for her and we were greeted by the nicest employee ever, South. She was so kind and attentive to my niece. My niece knows what she likes and South helped her pick out the perfect ones. My niece was so excited and couldn’t wait to use the bath bombs at home after Trick or Treating all night! At check out, South even threw in a free one for the holiday spirit which she definitely did not have to do. I hope this review helps her get some much needed recognition she deserves!! We need more kind people like her in this world!

I took my mom into Lush for the first time on Wednesday and had an amazing experience thanks to Venus! Venus was kind, informed on the products, and very pleasant to talk to. My mom has such a good experience for her first time and talked about it on the way home, then again when we got home to her husband. 10/10 customer service skills for Venus, they helped my mom find a sample of product (she's loving it and it will be back lol) that would work for her skin as she is allergic to a lot of lotions and creams. Amazing! Recommended stopping in even if its just to take a look around :)
