Eric is the sweetest employee that works here!! Greeted me when I walked in and wasn’t overly pushy about “trying new product”. Instead asked what I was interested in. He introduced me to some new scents and bombs and was extremely kind and helpful!

We had an amazing experience at Lush in the Ross park mall! Our salesperson, Ireland, was so sweet and showed us many products and taught us how to use them. She didn’t pressure us into anything, and was very kind. She even made us samples. Overall, I am very happy with our experience, and Ireland was so amazing!

Tara and Zoë were absolutely so sweet! I was helped throughout the store and I was given AMAZING recommendations! I wanted to smell like a citrus dream and I was recommended a lemongrass bathbomb and a lemon scented bubble bar! I was even given a sample of this delicious orange scrub! I most definitely be back and I HOPE that they’ll be there when I am! 💖💖

I love Lush. Adore it. I do prefer to shop in the store for Lush over their website. The employees here were fantastic but honestly. The store is way too small. You can hardly move around in the store. That’s why I take a star for this location specifically.

The staff here is amazing. Tara explains and shows all the products so well. My daughters got to test products and had so much fun. We learned so much being here and felt welcomed. We will be back! Even though they were busy they took time to explain stuff!

Great store! It's mostly soap. Lovely soap. You can find other cosmetics here but I would say it reminds me of a bath and body works maybe a body shop type of feel.
