I've been meaning to find a good place in pittsburgh with reasonable prices and great quality that's not rushed. This is the spot! It's low key next to Panera but the quality is great and my nail tech took her time to make sure I got exactly what I requested.

This place is great for manicures and pedicures. I haven't been here in years (don't live anywhere close) and when I come in it seems like I've never left. They fit me in always and do a great job!

I started getting my nials done at Luxury Nails on Centre Ave. a few months ago. The first experience was very good. The second appointment the nail tech (owner) as she was giving me a fill-in to "relax" every 5 min. When I was finished, she pointed to the right where I took for granted that was where I was to sit to dry. She brought me my purse and keys as all nail techs. The last 3 times, I went for either a new full set or fill, she kept telling me to "relax". Than she started moving her head and shoulders as though she was in pain. I asked her what was wrong. She said, her shoulder was hurting. On or about May 18th I went for a fill. She started telling me every five minutes to "relax". Than she started rolling her neck and strecthing her shoulders. I asked her what was wrong. She said, "You won't relax!" "I tell you to put your hand down and you push up!" When she was finished with my fill she pointed to the drying center. She started speaking to her mother in Vietnaemese and I knew she was saying negative things about me. She walked away very angry and never brought me my purse and keys as she had done for the other customers. I feel mistreated and disrespected. I always tipped as well.

They use used scrubbers leaving feet ruff as they were prior to service. When inquired about issue., the response was ruff skin is removed with higher price pedicure.

Booked a same day appointment due to a moment of "just feeling fancy" and got in right away. Service was friendly and meticulous, an accidental smudge was corrected without prompting and my nails were made to look perfect. There was clear pricing transparency for extra features which is a plus, and not always the case. I suspect negative reviews are based on an unclear sanitation process (truly I could not tell if they cleaned tools between use despite everything looking quite sterile) and the fact that it's a two person shop but they still allow for walk ins. That being said, you come out with quality which is a primary goal, and the prices are quite fair for the area. Would return.

This place is not my favorite. I have been there twice because they have fairly cheap prices but I guess you get what you pay for. My nails last only about two weeks before they start chipping. They did my nails so fast and not really taking the time to do it right. The edges were rough, they didn't do anything with my cuticles, and my nails were uneven. I also recently broke just one nail, ONE SINGULAR NAIL and they said they didn't have time for me to come in to fix it.Services: Manicure

I love this place! The only ladies who get my nails right every single time Their prices are reasonable and I never experience any chipping - in fact I let my acrylics stay on past when I probably should just because they never break off (I’m not very gentle with my hands and I’m pretty clumsy so that’s really saying something). I’ve been going since my freshman year of college and now I’m nearly a year post graduation - I’ve tried several other salons in Pittsburgh out of location convenience/just to see, but I always come back to them!Services: Pedicure

I love this place! I love this place. A sweet woman and her mom do nails and pedicures and the job is always very detailed and thorough. I love them!
