Finding the right pair of jeans always feels like a challenge, but the staff at this Madewell were truly great. Angie was so sweet, kind, and helpful, and brought so much ease to my experience. I ended up wanting a wash that wasn’t in the store, so they ordered and shipped me exactly what I wanted. My new jeans are a perfect fit—which is not something I say lightly! I don’t live in the area, but I wish I did because I would so happily shop here again.On top of a great shopping experience, I also have so much gratitude for the staff staff going out of their way to show me care. I lost something in the store while I was trying on clothes, and Olivia not only found it and mailed it to me, but also included the kindest note! Thank you so much for brightening my whole trip, truly. Your kindness is deeply appreciated.

I was previously a huge fan of Madewell but I bought a pair of $200 boots from them last Christmas and they have fallen apart. I reached out about the defective boot and they were unable to work with me. It’s a shame. Don’t buy boots here. The quality is very bad for the price. If I wanted a pair of boots that were only going to last a year I would have gone to target and paid $30. I am so disappointed.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I liked the outfit so much they cut the tags off and let me walk out of the store with it.

I was not greeted by anyone when I entered the store. I was looking around and saw some things I liked. However, I was looking for plus sized items that I know they keep in the back. I walked up to the young lady who was working by the dressing rooms, she walked away to let someone in, that's fine but when she was done walked back over looked me right in the face said nothing and started moving around trying to act busy. At this point, I just left. MadeWell you need to do better. Put all the clothes out for everyone if your employees don't want to be bothered to get them.

The sales associate today was kind of snooty. She tried her best I suppose to be friendly but it was obvious to us she thought we were too old to shop there. Or something she didn’t like.

I like the store and the merchandise but the sales people never ask me if I need help, I'm lucky if they say hello. Not very friendly.

We did not realize Madewell closes an hour before the mall closes. The employee working was extremely rude to us. Locked the doors 5 minutes before closing and completely dismissed me when asking for assistance. She nearly shut the door on us as she let us out (meanwhile the store was still technically open).Had we known the store closed at 7PM, we definitely wouldn’t have come in at 6:40. But, maybe they should consider giving customers a heads up that they are closing soon… instead of treating people like garbage :-)

I asked if I can get a fitting room while the staff were enjoying their time talking to each other during business hours. One of the ladies did get me a fitting room but without talking to me. Not even a single word and just kept talking to her colleagues. How rude was that!

I rarely shop there but I decided to take a look, and sales person Molly made my day! she was so welcoming and helpful, I found perfect boots and some other stuff and was very happy with my purchase. Also she set up my account for the future purchases and I got a discount.

I have been shopping here for a few months now and obviously love the jeans. It's taken a while to find my right fit since they do stretch but some of the employees have been amazing with exchanges, especially Madaline!However, I went in today to exchange a pair and was the first time I felt unwelcomed. No greeting as I entered, no one except one sweet staff member asked me if I needed help while I was in the back of the store. No assistance until I reached out for help with check-out. It was quite disappointing seeing as one of the staff members probably a manager would ask the majority of customers if they were doing okay, except for me.Not asking for special treatment but just felt unwelcomed. I love the jeans here and will be back but I'm hoping Madaline is there since her customer service is beyond amazing.

I've visited the Ross Park Madewell location several times, and every time has been a great experience. Staff members quickly welcomed me into the store and were very helpful and friendly. The merchandise was always stocked and organized very well, making it easy to shop. I definitely recommend this Madewell location!
