“This was the easiest experience I think I ever had at a drop off postal spot. 2 guys were working and I walked in with my two kids expecting it to be a process since I didnt have packaging ready or the label attached or anything. They literally took care of everything and I was out in 2 minutes. I simply paid and they packed up the item and labeled it and within an hour maybe less i received an email about my return being completed. The man at the register was kind and approachable as well. Honestly was such a relief they were so great and helpful. I was expecting to have to do everything while trying to keep my kids occupied.”

“The new ownership group is a complete 180 from the prior owners. For years I used to avoid this UPS and purposely drive further to Wexford where service was great (and still is). Guess what?! Both stores are now owned by the same group, and the McCandless customer service and overall service is on par with Wexford. It's been a few months but I can happily say that I don't mind this UPS any longer. Between both locations I'm a daily visitor. Keep up the good work!”
“For the registered nurse license, I made an appointment and I was in there about 20 minutes. They said it takes up to 2 weeks to get that information back. I've had many sets of fingerprints done before and been to this specific UPS store many times and Lilac helped make my experience better. She was very clear about the next steps and very patient with my dry fingers.”
