I feel really bad for the cashier who is by herself at the front. 10 people in line and one cashier! The manager walks behind the counter, doesn't help her or call for additional cashiers. He walks towards the men's section while three employees call his name, he yells what, and yell they are going on break. I told the cashier I feel bad she is by herself and she said this is what it is like often.

Marshalls is my go-to place for great deals on brand-name stuff. They have everything from clothes and shoes to home decor and gifts. The store is clean and organized, making it easy to find what you need. The staff are always friendly and helpful, which makes shopping there even better. I love that I can find unique items without spending a fortune. If you’re looking for quality products go here.

Saw 6 people working in the store, I got in line and there were about 15 people in front of me and only 1 nice girl checking people out. She called for help and no one came for at least 15 minutes. 1-2 workers was going through the aisles putting clothes back and another was doing “tickets” for orders. By the time I was up there was at least 20 more people behind me. POOR MANAGEMENT AT THIS STORE

Sabrina helped me and my sister with perfumes and she was an absolute helpful delight! Our cashier (I wish I could remember her name) she was so sweet and friendly.

Pretty much picked over as to leftovers from the holidays. Many of the regular items that they normally carry or have on hand are nowhere to be found. Lots of leftover women's stuff, very little things for men. Perhaps the economy is holding it's own.Not really growing or contracting.

On my most recent excursion to Marshalls, I was on the hunt for Angel Tree gifts for elderly clients. We were given a $15 limit for each gift, so trying Marshalls was a no-brainer. (Okay, I might have gone as high as $19.99 on one - but it was too adorable to pass up.) Not only did I cross off most of my list in one pretty quick stop, the items I purchased were of top quality. On top of that, one of the workers asked if I needed help. Rather than just pointing to the racks of men's hats, she actually took the time to go through all the hats looking for the kind I wanted. Yes, the store is over-crowded with merchandise, especially in the weeks before Christmas, but that's part of why the prices are so good. And the staff at this location is particularly helpful.

Marshalls store sells off-price merchandise. During my visit, I saw women’s, men’s, and children’s clothing, shoes, and accessories as well as beauty products, home decor, bedding, etcetera. Most of the merchandise was in perfect condition, but I did see some that had snags and stains. I saw brand-name merchandise, but the selection was very miscellaneous so was not usually in my size or preferred style. The prices were discounted from what other stores would charge. At the cash registers, the line of customers was very long, but several cashiers were working. My cashier accurately rang up my purchase and spoke nicely to me.
